Abstract:
A sheet stacking apparatus includes an alignment roller which conveys a sheet to a sheet positioning member and an opening and closing shutter which is disposed so as to face a sheet stack surface of a sheet stack guide. The sheet positioning member abuts a sheet end in a sheet conveying direction to align the sheet. The sheet is stacked on the sheet stack guide. The opening and closing shutter has a regulating area where sheet conveying guide and buckling of the sheet are regulated from an upstream side to a downstream side in the sheet conveying direction of the alignment roller. A guide interval formed between the opening and closing shutter and the sheet stack surface can be changed. Therefore, in sheet conveying positioning, the buckling can securely be prevented in the sheet stack guide.
Abstract:
An electric wire with coating of polyvinyl chloride family resin composition is disclosed which has a coating layer containing a polyvinyl chloride family resin composition comprising polyvinyl chloride family resin and one or more compounds selected from calcium soap, zinc soap and hydrotalcite. The polyvinyl chloride composition does not comprise either or both of a lead compound and a β-diketone compound having a melting point less than 100° C. A plasticizer can be further added to the composition so as to obtain a heat-stable vinyl chloride composition. A cable covered with the polyvinyl chloride family resin composition is also disclosed, including a cable having electric wires coated with the polyvinyl chloride family resin composition.
Abstract:
A bookbinding apparatus comprises, a stacking unit on which sheets are stacked; a folding portion which folds the sheets stacked on the stacking unit; a humidifying unit which humidifies portions of the sheets to be fold lines of a booklet before folding by the folding portion; and a controller which controls a humidifying condition at the time of the humidifying by the humidifying unit, wherein the humidifying condition is variable according to the sheets composing the booklet.
Abstract:
There is provided a book binding apparatus including: a stacking portion that stacks sheets thereon; and a folding portion that folds the sheets stacked on the stacking portion; wherein there are provided a humidifying portion that humidifies the portion to be made into the folded portion of the sheet before being folded by the folding portion for each sheet to be stacked on the stacking portion.
Abstract:
Non-halogen flame-resistant thermoplastic elastomer composition, manufacturing method, and an electric wire or cable in which non-halogen flame-resistant thermoplastic elastomer composition is used for an insulator or a sheath are provided. Non-halogen flame-resistant thermoplastic elastomer composition includes (A) 40 to 80 parts by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, in which the content of vinyl acetate is 30 wt % or more; (B) 60 to 20 parts by weight of crystalline polyolefin resin; and (C) 40 to 250 parts by weight of metalhydroxide for 100 parts by weight in total of (A) and (B). Further, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is cross-linked with silane.
Abstract:
The front ends of the plurality of sheets stacked on the processing tray are abutted against the stopper and are reliably aligned. The stack of a predetermined number of sheets to be accommodated in the processing tray is aligned and stacked all at once in the processing tray while being simultaneously gripped by the gripping portion 5a of the movement gripper in a plurality of sheet groups. The temporal margin is thereby produced compared to when aligning and stacking are performed one sheet at a time, and thus is effective in realizing the high speed process at low cost and maintaining high productivity.
Abstract:
An image forming system that makes it possible to open or remove an external cover of an apparatus to perform maintenance on the apparatus even while the system is operating. Out of a plurality of conveying paths, at least one conveying path for which at least one part related to the conveying path can be subjected to maintenance is determined, in accordance with a type of the image forming process being executed. The conveying path for which it has been determined that the part related to the conveying path can be subjected to maintenance is displayed on a display device.
Abstract:
A sheet processing device includes a pair of gripping rollers which can grip and convey a sheet bundle in a booklet-like form, a pressing roller which presses and flattens the folded back portion of the sheet bundle gripped by the gripping rollers, and a control unit which performs rotation control on the pair of gripping rollers. The control unit controls the gripping rollers so as to stop when the folded back portion of the sheet bundle protrudes from the rollers by a predetermined amount. The pressing roller flattens down the protruding folded back portion when the gripping rollers are stopped by the control unit and is in the state of gripping the sheet bundle.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a technique for setting a body frame for a pattern and collectively deleting an area located outside the body frame. Consecutive codes can be assigned to scanned patterns.
Abstract:
A reel device for a flat cable through which electrical component parts mounted on a steering wheel are electrically connected with electrical component parts on a vehicle body side. The reel device is disposed between the steering wheel and a combination switch mounted on the vehicle body side and comprises a generally cylindrical frame section inside which a shaft section is disposed rotatable relative to the frame section. The frame section is fixed to the combination switch, whereas the shaft section is fixedly mounted around the steering shaft. The flat cable is movably disposed in an annular cable storing space formed between the frame section and the shaft section. A generally annular guide member is movably disposed in the cable storing space and located between the cable wound on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft section and the cable wound on the inner peripheral surface of the frame section. The guide member is formed with a slit through which the flat cable extending between inside and outside of the guide member is passed upon being turned over. At least one linear projections are formed on at least the inner peripheral surface of the guide member so as to be slidably contactable with the cable thereby to reduce a frictional resistance of the flat cable to the guide member.
