    Abstract: A photosensitive member unit includes: a first image forming unit including a first photosensitive member rotatable on a first axis line; and a second image forming unit including a second photosensitive member rotatable on a second axis line parallel with the first axis line and disposed in parallel with the first image forming unit at a first side in an orthogonal direction perpendicular to the first and second axis lines. The first image forming unit includes a charger and a cartridge containing portion. The charger includes: a charging member; a cleaning member for cleaning the charging member; and an operating member for operating the cleaning member. The operating member is inoperable when the developing cartridge is installed in the cartridge containing portion, and is exposed to be operable in the cartridge containing portion when the developing cartridge is removed from the cartridge containing portion.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a sunscreen cosmetic comprising, relative to the total amount of the sunscreen cosmetic, 10-90 wt % of agar microgel (wherein the agar content in the agar microgel is 0.4-1 wt %) and 0.1-5 wt % of a water soluble ultraviolet absorbent.It was necessary to blend in an organic ultraviolet absorbent and such to give sunscreen cosmetics a high SPF value. However, there was a problem in that it was hard for a water soluble ultraviolet absorbent in the formulation to achieve the expected SPF function. Also, sunscreen cosmetics are particularly desired to give a freshing texture upon use.In view of the fact that a high blend ratio of an oil soluble ultraviolet absorbent inhibits the freshing texture upon use, the object of the present invention is to provide a sunscreen cosmetic that achieves a high SPF value and a freshing texture upon use by mainly blending in a water soluble ultraviolet absorbent.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a modified powder that is obtainable by coating the surface of a base powder with a hydrophobizing agent and a cationic surfactant. In the modified powder described above, it is preferable that the amount of coated hydrophobizing agent and the amount of coated cationic surfactant are 3 to 90% by mass and 0.5 to 10% by mass, respectively, relative to the self weight of the base powder. In the modified powder described above, it is preferable that the mass ratio of the coated hydrophobizing agent and the coated cationic surfactant is from 1:1 to 9:1. In addition, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition comprising the above modified powder wherein the modified powder and the base powder have an ultraviolet scattering effect. In the cosmetic composition described above, it is preferable that the blended amount of the modified powder is from 0.5 to 100% by mass. Furthermore, the present invention provides a sunscreen cosmetic composition comprising the above modified powder with an ultraviolet scattering effect. In the sunscreen cosmetic composition described above, it is preferable that the base powder is one or more selected from the group consisting of titanium oxide, zinc oxide, iron oxide, cerium oxide, bismuth oxide, zirconium oxide, chromium oxide, and tungstic acid. In the sunscreen cosmetic composition described above, it is preferable that the blended amount of the modified powder is from 1 to 40% by mass.

    Abstract: In the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, the positive electrode active material is composed of a mixture of a lithium-cobalt composite oxide containing at least both zirconium and magnesium, and a lithium-manganese-nickel composite oxide containing at least both manganese and nickel. The nonaqueous electrolyte includes fluoroethylene carbonate and dimethyl carbonate as a nonaqueous solvent and further includes an additive expressed by General Formula (1), which having a capability to form an SEI surface film, and a higher oxidation resistance than that of VC. Thus, the negative electrode active material is unlikely to react with the organic solvent. Therefore, decomposition of the organic solvent is suppressed. Thus the battery having a long cycling life even when it is charged at a positive electrode charging potential of 4.4 to 4.6 V based on lithium and having a high residual capacity after storage at high temperature in a charged state is provided.
