The portable terminal includes a main body, a battery pack removably mounted to a back surface of the main body, and a battery cover mounted to the back surface of the main body. The battery cover is slidingly removable from the back surface of the main body and has a planar surface and an opening. When the battery cover is mounted to the main body, the battery cover receives the battery pack and a part of the main body is exposed through the opening.

Provided is a method of tracking a swimming path of a bacterium which can exactly track the swimming path of the bacterium by modeling the bacterium as ellipsoidal in shape based on an image of the bacterium obtained while the ellipsoidal bacterium swims near a solid surface. The method of tracking a swimming path of a bacterium which is formed in an ellipsoidal shape and swims in a swimming space formed between a solid surface and an imaginary surface parallel to the solid surface includes the steps of: transfecting a fluorescent gene into the bacterium; arranging the bacterium in the swimming space to swim; totally reflecting light irradiated to the solid surface, and forming an evanescent field in the swimming space; taking a picture of the bacterium expressing the fluorescent gene, which emits light in the evanescent field, at respective moments while the bacterium swims, and obtaining an image of the bacterium expressing the fluorescent gene at the respective moments; and fitting the image of the bacterium obtained at the respective moments to an ellipsoidal shape, and setting the shape of the bacterium as the ellipsoidal shape and a position of the bacterium with respect to the solid surface.

A method of testing PRAM devices is disclosed. The method simultaneously writes input data to a plurality of memory banks by writing set data to a first group of memory banks and writing reset data to a second group of memory banks, performs a write operation test by comparing data read from the plurality of memory banks with corresponding input data, and determines a fail cell in relation to the test results.

A method for processing image data, the image data including a plurality of sub color data corresponding to a plurality of unit pixels in a row direction, wherein each unit pixel includes N sub color data having different colors, wherein N is a natural number greater than or equal to 2, includes; storing one sub color datum of the plurality of the sub color data corresponding to the unit pixels via dividing the plurality of the sub color data one by one into an individual sub color datum corresponding to a single pixel, and reading the stored sub color data, binding up the stored sub color data two by two, and storing two sub color data bound up with each other.

The portable terminal includes a body housing, a cover housing, an image display device, and a functional keypad. The cover housing is coupled to the body housing so that the cover housing moves from a state in which the cover housing is folded to face the body housing and to a state in which the cover housing is away from the body housing. The image display device is arranged in the cover housing to display image information on two surfaces of the cover housing. The functional keypad is arranged in the body housing and is exposed when the cover housing is folded on the body housing.
