    Abstract: Disclosed are an organic light emitting display having a touch sensor, which may achieve process simplification and cost reduction, and a method of fabricating the same. The organic light emitting display includes a compensation film having a flat surface and formed to cover dams forming a boundary with an organic encapsulation layer and the compensation film has a planarized surface between a region above the dams and a boundary region between the dams and the organic encapsulation layer (144) and may prevent cut and short-circuit of routing lines cutting across the same. Further, touch sensors are disposed on an encapsulation unit including the organic encapsulation layer and thus a separate attachment process is not required, thereby simplifying the overall process and reducing manufacturing costs of the organic light emitting display.

    Abstract: An array substrate includes a substrate; gate lines over the substrate along a first direction; data lines over the substrate along a second direction and crossing the gate lines to define pixel regions; a thin film transistor at each crossing portion of the gate and data lines; an insulating layer covering the thin film transistor and having a flat top surface; a common electrode on the insulating layer all over the substrate; a common line on the common electrode; a passivation layer on the common line; and a pixel electrode on the passivation layer in each pixel region and connected to the thin film transistor, the pixel electrode including electrode patterns, wherein the passivation layer has a step height at a top surface of the passivation layer due to the plurality of common lines.

    Abstract: A display device having touch sensors is discussed, which can achieve process simplification and cost reduction. In the display device, a black matrix including first and second black layers is arranged on an encapsulation unit arranged to cover light emitting elements, the first black layer is conductively connected to a plurality of touch electrodes and is arranged between color filters overlapping the touch electrodes, and the second black layer is arranged on a different plane from the first black layer and is arranged between color filters not overlapping the touch electrodes. Thereby, the first black layer can be used not only as the black matrix but also as the touch electrodes and thus light leakage can be prevented and an aperture ratio can be improved, and the touch sensors are arranged on the encapsulation unit without a separate attachment process and thus process simplification and cost reduction can be achieved.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an organic light emitting display device with a touch sensor. The display device has a touch sensor that is directly disposed on a sealing part, thus removing the necessity of an additional adhesion process, simplifying a manufacturing process and reducing manufacture cost. In addition, the display device with the touch sensor includes a display cover electrode of a display pad that is made of a same material as a conductive layer included in the touch sensor, thus preventing damage to the display pad electrode.
