Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a touch display device, in which touch routing lines arranged in a non-active area do not overlap signal lines supplying a signal for driving a display, and in which the size of the area in which a connection electrode, which is positioned between the touch routing lines and the signal lines, overlaps the signal lines is reduced, thereby reducing direct and indirect noise due to the signal lines. In addition, the noise due to the signal lines can be dispersed through a shielding electrode by arranging the shielding electrode, to which a constant voltage is applied, in an opening in the connection electrode, thereby further reducing the noise of a touch sensing signal and improving touch sensing performance thereof.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a transparent touch display device including: a substrate including a pixel area, a first transmission area located on a first side of the pixel area, and a second transmission area located on a second side of the pixel area; a display cathode electrode to which a base voltage for display driving is applied; a first touch cathode electrode located on a first side of the display cathode electrode and including a same material as the display cathode electrode; a second touch cathode electrode located on a second side of the display cathode electrode and including the same material as the display cathode electrode; a first touch bridge that runs across the pixel area and electrically connects the first touch cathode electrode and the second touch cathode electrode; a first touch line intersecting the first touch bridge and electrically connected to at least one of the first touch cathode electrode and the second touch cathode electrode; and a first upper touch shield disposed over the first touch line and overlapped with at least a portion of the first touch line, wherein the first upper touch shield has an equipotential with the first touch line.

Abstract: A display device can include a substrate in which a plurality of pixels each including an emissive area and a transmissive area is disposed. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch display device, and more specifically, relates to a touch display device having a bottom emission structure. According to the touch display device, by disposing a touch electrode and a touch planarization layer between a substrate and a thin film transistor, a touch sensing function can be implemented without affecting the disposing of components for display driving. Further, by disposing a shielding electrode to which a constant voltage or a signal equal to a touch driving signal is applied between the touch electrode and a light emitting element, a noise of a touch sensing signal caused by display driving can be reduced and the performance of touch sensing performed together with the display driving can be improved.
