    Abstract: A disclosed touchscreen display device includes a display panel with data lines, gate lines, and N×M subpixels arranged in a matrix of N subpixel rows and M subpixel columns, and respectively connected to the corresponding data lines and the corresponding gate lines, where N and M are each a natural number greater than or equal to 2. The display device also includes touch electrodes. The display device is configured to provides a scanning signal to the gate lines connected to the N subpixel rows in a first sequence during an ith frame and in a second sequence different from the first sequence during an (i+1)th frame, where i is a positive integer. Each of the ith frame and the (i+1)th frame is configured to include at least one display driving mode section and at least one touch driving mode section.

    Abstract: An electroluminescent display device includes a substrate including an active area, and bezel area outside the active area and including a bending area, a first organic insulation layer (OIL) in the active area, covering a first signal line extending from the active area to the bezel area, a second OIL in the bending area, the second OIL being in a same layer as the first organic insulation film, first and second touch electrodes crossing over each other and sealing the active area on an encapsulation layer above the first OIL with a third OIL therebetween, a first signal line link pattern connected to the first signal line, and on the second OIL in the bending area, and second and third signal lines respectively connected to the first and second touch electrodes, and on the second OIL in parallel with the first signal line link pattern.

    Abstract: A touch sensor integrated type display device includes gate lines and data lines disposed to cross over each other, pixel electrodes respectively disposed in areas defined by the crossing of the gate lines and the data lines in an active area, 1-1 electrodes arranged in at least two rows and at least two columns in the active area, 1-2 electrodes positioned outside the 1-1 electrodes and extending from the active area to a bezel area, and first routing wires respectively connected to the 1-1 and 1-2 electrodes and arranged in parallel. Each gate line extends from the active area to the bezel area on opposite sides of the active area, and each data line extends from the active area to the bezel area on opposite sides of the active area crossing the gate line.

    Abstract: A touch sensing device comprises a common electrode divided into a plurality of sensor electrodes, a plurality of sensor lines respectively connected to the plurality of sensor electrodes, a feedback voltage transmitter, and a common voltage compensator. The feedback voltage transmitter includes a feedback line, a plurality of switching elements configured to selectively connect the sensor lines to the feedback line, and a feedback control line configured to control selection of the switching elements. The common voltage compensator is configured to receive a feedback voltage supplied to the sensor lines through the feedback line while the sensor lines are connected to the feedback line through the plurality of switching elements, and compensate the feedback voltage to a reference voltage level.
