The present disclosure provides a watch type terminal including a body having a band formed to be wearable on a user's wrist, a display unit disposed on one surface of the body to display screen information, a crown portion rotatably and withdrawably mounted on the body to have a sensing unit configured to sense the rotation and withdrawal, and a controller configured to form a control command for changing a display mode based on the withdrawal of the crown portion, and changing the screen information based on the rotation thereof.

A mobile terminal and controlling method thereof are disclosed, by which various convenient functions including application management in association with such a wearable external device as a watch type mobile terminal and the like can be provided. The present invention includes a wireless communication unit, a touchscreen, and a controller, when the touchscreen is turned off, if a 1st touch is inputted to the touchscreen and a 2nd touch is then inputted to the touchscreen by maintaining the 1st touch, turning on the touchscreen and controlling information of at least one wearable device currently connected through the wireless communication unit to be displayed on the touchscreen.

The present invention relates to a mobile terminal and a method of operating the same. A mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a display to display screen information thereon, a user input unit to receive a capture command, and a controller to capture the screen information according to the capture command and detect an operation associated with the captured screen information. In addition, the controller detects an entry into a capture utilization mode, and displays a menu varied based on an operation detected after the capture command together with the captured screen information in the capture utilization mode.
