    Abstract: Provided is a linear compressor. The linear compressor includes a cylinder disposed in a shell to define a compression space for a refrigerant, a piston installed to reciprocate in the cylinder, a motor assembly that allows the piston to move in an axial direction of the cylinder and thereby to compress the refrigerant introduced into the compression space, a nozzle which is provided in the cylinder and through which a portion of the refrigerant introduced into the compression space passes, and a cylinder filter installed in the cylinder and disposed at an inlet-side of the nozzle. At least one or more surfaces of the cylinder filter are oil-repellent coated.

    Abstract: An elastic body and a linear compressor including the same are provided. The linear compressor comprises a cylinder; a piston reciprocating axially inside the cylinder; a drive unit disposed outside the cylinder; a stator cover coupled to a rear of the drive unit; a spring supporter comprising a body portion coupled to a rear of the piston and a seating portion extending outward from the body portion and disposed at a rear of the stator cover; a back plate disposed at a rear of the seating portion; a plurality of first elastic bodies disposed between the stator cover and the seating portion; and a plurality of second elastic bodies disposed between the seating portion and the back plate, wherein the plurality of first elastic bodies and the plurality of second elastic bodies each form a closed space in which a gas is accommodated.

    Abstract: A compressor includes: a cylinder in which a piston is accommodated, the cylinder defining a compression space that is configured, based on the piston reciprocating in an axial direction, to compress a refrigerant gas therein, and a frame configured to accommodate the cylinder therein and defining a gas hole configured to pass the refrigerant gas therethrough. The gas hole is configured to communicate with an outside of the frame to receive the refrigerant gas and communicate with a gas pocket that is defined between an inner circumferential surface of the frame and an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder. The outer circumferential surface of the cylinder or the inner circumferential surface of the frame provides a plurality of restrictor regions partitioned by a gas supply passage, the gas supply passage defined to be recessed at the cylinder and configured to communicate with the gas hole.
