Embodiments provide a light-emitting device package including a light source, a lens disposed on the light source, and a diffuser located on at least one of the interior of the lens or a light emission surface of the lens, so as to diffuse light. The diffuser includes at least one of a light dispersing agent distributed in the interior of the lens, or at least one light diffusion structure located on at least one of the outside or the inside of the light emission surface of the lens. The light diffusion structure includes a rough surface formed on the light emission surface of the lens.

Embodiments provide a light-emitting apparatus including a light source, a carrier spaced apart from the light source in an optical-axis direction, a wavelength converter disposed in a first area of the carrier and configured to convert a wavelength of light emitted from the light source, and at least one coil and at least one magnet disposed in a second area of the carrier and configured to generate electromagnetic force so as to vibrate the carrier in at least one vibration direction, the vibration direction being different from the optical-axis direction.

Provided are an illuminating member capable of enabling the conversion of a color temperature and a light device using the illuminating member, the illuminating member including: a light emitting member outputting conversion beams having different color temperatures according to each thickness of regions through which an excited beam incident to a first opening passes; and a driving part for changing a thickness of the light emitting member through which the excited beam passes according to a color temperature to be controlled by changing a position or situation of the light emitting member.
