    摘要: A system, method and apparatus for implementing email notification are disclosed. The system and method ensures that an email notification (EMN) generation module is able to generate refined email information for a received email according to a configured refined email information format and transmit the generated refined email information to a parsing module. The systems and methods further allow the parsing module in a user equipment to parse out refined email information from the EMN generation module according to a configured refined email information format. An apparatus for implementing email notification includes an email server having the EMN generation module and user equipment (UE) having the parsing module. The system, method and apparatus according to embodiments of the present invention all ensure the UE to be able to receive the refined email information to which the detailed email information in the UE's mail account corresponds. The UE may be able to flexibly perform subsequent email operation according to the received refined email information.

    摘要: A word-line voltage regulating circuit and a single power supply memory are disclosed. The word-line voltage regulating circuit includes: a charge pump for raising an input voltage to a desired value and outputting the raised input voltage as an output voltage; a controller for inputting a refresh signal to the charge pump according to the output voltage of the charge pump; and a comparator for inputting a feedback signal to the charge pump according to a comparison result between the output voltage of the charge pump and a reference voltage. The charge pump works under control of the refresh signal when the memory is in an active mode, and works under control of the feedback signal when the memory is in a standby mode. The word-line voltage regulating circuit can effectively reduce the power consumption and can meet the requirement for proportional scale-down of integrated circuits.

The switch array selects a battery module from multiple battery modules in a battery pack based upon a conduction state of the switch array. The first controller is coupled to the switch array and receives measurement information of cells in the battery pack through the switch array.
