    摘要: The encoding apparatus generates information for generating a high quality high frequency sub-band signal when expanding the frequency band at the decoding apparatus. A signal encoding apparatus divides an input time series signal into a plurality of sub-bands and encodes a low frequency sub-band signal to generate encoded data of the low frequency sub-band signal. Concurrently, it compares the frequency amplitude peak of the new high frequency sub-band signal generated from the low frequency sub-band signal and the original high frequency sub-band signal and generates frequency amplitude peak information of the high frequency sub-band signal. Similarly, it compares the gain of the new high frequency sub-band signal generated by using the low frequency sub-band signal and the original high frequency sub-band signal and generates gain information of the high frequency sub-band signal. Subsequently, the signal encoding apparatus multiplexes the encoded data of the low frequency sub-band signal, the frequency amplitude peak information of the high frequency sub-band signal and the gain information of the high frequency sub-band signal and outputs compressed data.

    摘要: An attachment structure for a tape body which supports, on reel hubs, a tape body such as a leader tape, etc. to which a magnetic tape is connected. Deformation of the tape body is carried out by thermal deformation or pressure deformation, or thermal deformation and pressure deformation. The root portion serving as the supporting portion side onto the reel hub of the tape body is deformed following the outer circumferential surface of the reel hub, whereby the tape body is wound in the state closely in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the reel hub.

The packaging film has its wrapping terminal end formed with a protuberant tearing tab, and a severing tape is bonded to the inner surface of the film for extending from the distal end of the tearing tab along the entire length of the film along the article wrapping direction. The severing tape has a width lesser than the width of the tearing tab and is formed of a material having heat shrinkage percentage lower than that of the film. The tearing tab has its distal end reduced in width for reducing the allowance for heat fusion. For reducing the allowance for heat fusion, the distal end of the tearing tab is semi-circular in contour. The distal end of the severing tape substantially in register with the center sealing region of the film is designed as a non-fusing region to facilitate the exfoliation of the severing tape.
