    摘要: A power window device includes a control unit configured to: monitor independently a first potential at one ends of a first switch circuit including a window closing switch and a second switch circuit including a window opening switch and a second potential at one end of a submersion detection sensor, and determine that submersion has occurred when the second potential is in a submersion potential range. During a normal time, the control unit outputs a window closing command signal when the first potential is a potential at a time of the window closing switch being operated, and outputs a window opening command signal when the first potential is a potential at a time of the window opening switch being operated. At a time of submersion, the control unit does not output the window closing command signal, and outputs the window opening command signal.

The plate spring member includes a positioning portion, an elastic contact portion, and a connection portion. The elastic contact portion is divided into a plurality of segments in a length direction of the vane members. The elastic contact portion elastically contacts the inner surfaces of the vane members without any partial contact throughout an entire surface thereof. The elastic contact area between the elastic contact portion and the inner surfaces of the vane members is widened.

In one exemplary embodiment, the system receives an encoded low-frequency range signal and encoded energy information used to frequency shift the encoded low-frequency range signal. The low-frequency range signal is decoded and an energy depression of the decoded signal is smoothed. The smoothed low-frequency range signal is frequency shifted to generate a high-frequency range signal. The low-frequency range signal and high-frequency range signal are then combined and outputted.

    摘要: The present technology relates to an encoding device and method, a decoding device and method, and a program that enable audio of a high audio quality to be obtained with a smaller code amount.The encoding device multiplexes low frequency encoding data obtained by encoding a low frequency component of an input signal and high frequency encoding data obtained by encoding data including an estimation coefficient to acquire a high frequency component of the input signal by estimation and outputs multiplexed data. When the input signal is encoded, a calculation unit calculates pseudo high frequency subband power to be an estimation value of power of the high frequency component from an estimation coefficient selected in a frame immediately before a frame of a processing target and the high frequency component of the input signal. In addition, a determination unit determines whether reuse of the estimation coefficient of the immediately previous frame is enabled in the frame of the processing target, on the basis of a comparison result of the calculated pseudo high frequency subband power and actual high frequency component power. The present invention can be applied to the encoding device.

A frequency band expanding device expands the frequency band of the input signal using the high-frequency signal component generated by the high-frequency signal generating circuit. The present invention may be applied to a frequency band expanding device, encoding device, decoding device, and so forth, for example.

A first high-frequency encoding circuit encodes a high-frequency range based on a low-frequency subband signal and a high-frequency subband signal and obtains a high-frequency code amount. A low-frequency encoding circuit encodes a low-frequency signal with a code amount determined by the high-frequency code amount and a low-frequency decoding circuit decodes the encoded low-frequency signal. A subband dividing circuit divides a decoded low-frequency signal obtained by decoding into decoded low-frequency subband signals of a plurality of subbands and a second high-frequency encoding circuit generates a high-frequency code string such that a code amount of the high-frequency code string for obtaining a high-frequency component is not larger than the high-frequency code amount based on the decoded low-frequency subband signals and the high-frequency subband signals. The present invention is applicable to the encoding device.
