摘要： A tension roller has a rolling bearing supported by a multipart support which is swivable about an eccentrically arranged mounting bolt. A rolling sleeve for a belt is arranged on the outer ring of the bearing. The support includes two side parts which abut the side surfaces of the bearing inner ring, thereby preventing axial movement. A central body is provided with respect to which the side parts are fixedly arranged. The central body is adapted to provide radial support for the bearing inner ring.

摘要： An arrangement for fixing a tubular element, such as a shaft, that is provided with a bore and a flange in position with respect to plate element involves the use of a ball that pressed into the bore in the tubular element. To achieve a simple fixation that is secure in both axial directions, the plate element is fixed on one side by the flange of the tubular element and on the other side by the bulge that is created through insertion of the ball into the bore in the tubular element. The ball has a greater diameter than that of the bore in the tubular element so that insertion of the ball into the bore causes the tubular element to become enlarged, thus forming the bulge.

摘要： A tension-adjusting device for a driving belt comprising a tension roller and having an engagement arrangement provided between a support of the tension roller and a machine frame for enabling stepwise swiveling movement about a partially disengaged mounting bolt. The axis of swivel is radially displaced from the rolling axis of the tension roller. The engagement arrangement comprises a projection formed on the support radially displaced from the axis of swivel and a plurality of depressions formed in the machine frame and arranged at regular intervals along an arc defined by the path of travel of the projection during swiveling, whereby the projection is engageable with each depression, thereby defining a corresponding step in a range of adjustment of the tension of the driving belt.

The axially extending arm of the sealing element has a flange extending behind a radially extending surface of the intermediate sleeve to axially hold the sealing element, with play, to the intermediate sleeve. The sealing element is mounted with prestress on the shaft, to rotate therewith during operation.

The spring ring is arranged between the outer ring and the annular groove at points mutually displaced in the axial direction. The bearing is arranged to rotate relative to the sliding sleeve in the circumferential direction within predetermined limits and to move in a radial direction along the guiding surfaces by overcoming a radially acting frictional force between the slidably abutting flanges. The spring ring has a substantially bow-shaped profile and is slotted. The inner ring of the bearing has a radially outwardly directed pressure flange for abutting with the diaphragm spring of a clutch.
