    摘要： To make blocks of bags having blocked stubs, which are joined by perforation lines substantially only to the lower opening-defining edge of each block, which lower edge is separated by a substantially continuous slit from the upper opening-defining edge, a tubular web of synthetic thermoplastic material is formed in partial regions with perforation lines extending through both plies. Only the upper ply is cut to form separating slits extending substantially throughout the width of that upper ply. The bags are then separated from the tubular web by hot-wire welding and are stacked. To make blocks of bags in which each bag is joined only at its rear wall to the stub, which serves to stack and retain the bag, transverse perforation lines consisting of holes or slits are formed in the upper ply at the opening-defining edges of the bags to be formed, and both plies are subsequently formed with transverse perforation slits, which are so offset that over the width of the initially formed perforation holes the upper ply is entirely separated from the stub and the lower ply is joined to the stub by lands adjacent to the initially formed overlying perforation line.

    摘要： The invention relates to a method and a device for producing and filling sacks comprising at least four longitudinal seams. According to prior art, the production of said sacks generally involves the longitudinal welding of a flat film to form a tubular section. The tubular section is cut into individual tubular pieces, which are provided with additional longitudinal weld seams. Both the transport of the individual tubular pieces and the subsequent introduction of the latter into a sack forming and filling process are complex. The devices used in this process are expensive and prone to faults. The aim of the invention is to provide a more cost-effective method for producing and filling sacks. To achieve this, the material that forms the sacks is supplied from an unwinding device (2, 3, 5) in the form of a tubular material (4) to a sack forming device (1) and the tubular material (4) is provided with longitudinal seams (29) in the sack forming device (1), said seams extending over a large part of the sacks (27).

To cool the trailing weld seams of the sections without causing the sections to stick together adjacent to the bottom weld seams during stacking, a drum is provided which rotates about a transverse axis between the transverse welding and transverse detaching station and the stacking station. The wall of the drum includes at least two wall parts. The drum is adapted to be driven in step with the welding process by rotating the drum through an angular increment related to the number of wall parts of the drum in each revolution. In synchronization with stacking the cut sections at the stacking station, a path is formed for allowing the web to be pushed through gaps between the wall parts of the drum between the transverse welding and the transverse detaching station and the stacking station.
