    摘要: A bulk acoustic wave, BAW, resonator device comprising first and second metal layers (10, 20) and an intervening piezoelectric layer (30), the first metal layer (10) comprising spaced first and second portions (12, 14), wherein the first and second portions (12, 14) are each arranged as a plurality of interconnected fingers (16, 18), and wherein each of the plurality of fingers (16) of the first portion (12) is acoustically coupled to at least one of the fingers (18) of the second portion (14). In one embodiment the fingers of the first portion (12) are interlaced with the fingers (18) of the second portion (14), thereby providing direct coupling. In another embodiment the acoustic coupling between the fingers of the first and second portions is provided indirectly by further portions (15) of the first metal layer (10).

    摘要: The invention relates to a light source (1) comprising a light generating unit (2) like an organic light emitting diode and an outcoupling device (3) for coupling light out of the light generating unit in an outcoupling direction (4). The outcoupling device comprises a first region (5) for facing the light generating unit, a second region (7) having a refractive index being smaller than the refractive index of the first region, and a structured intermediate region (6) between the first region and the second region. The first region is optically homogenous and has a thickness in the outcoupling direction being larger than a coherence length of the light, thereby reducing generally possible wavelength dependent interference effects and, thus, a corresponding degradation of the outcoupling efficiency. The outcoupling efficiency can therefore be increased.

    摘要: A light emitting device includes several groups of stripe shaped organic light emitting diodes arranged side by side on an optically transparent carrier substrate. The organic light emitting diodes includes a first layer sequence forming a first microcavity. At least one of the organic light emitting diodes of each group includes a second layer sequence forming a second microcavity is adapted in thickness of at least one of its layers to increase light output of the corresponding organic light emitting diode. A scatter or diffuser is arranged is an emission direction of the organic light emitting diodes in front of the carrier substrate to mix the light of different colors of each group leaving the carrier substrate allowing the emission of white light with a high efficacy.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a light emitting device comprising several groups of stripe shaped organic light emitting diodes (15, 16, 17) arranged side by side on an optically transparent carrier substrate (4). The organic light emitting diodes (15, 16, 17) comprise a first layer sequence (2) forming a first microcavity. At least one of the organic light emitting diodes (15, 16, 17) of each group comprises a second layer sequence (3) forming a second microcavity between the second electrode layer (5) and the carrier substrate (4). The second microcavity is adapted in thickness of at least one of its layers to increase light out put of the corresponding organic light emitting diode (15, 16, 17). A scatter or diffuser element (14) is arranged in an emission direction of the organic light emitting diodes (15, 16, 17) in front of the carrier substrate (4), to mix the light of said different colors of each group leaving the carrier substrate. The present device allows the emission of white light with a high efficacy.
