摘要:
The invention relates to a receiving sleeve for a piezoelectric actuator, in particular for a piezoelectric actuator for driving an injector of an injection system in an internal combustion engine. Said sleeve comprises a first sleeve part (1) and a second sleeve part (2), the first sleeve part (1) being connected to the second sleeve part (2) when the sleeve is assembled. In addition, the inventive receiving sleeve comprises an anti-rotation element (6, 8) for maintaining a predefined angular position between the first sleeve part (1) and the second sleeve part (2).

A device (10) has a locating face (22) offset laterally with respect to the pilot section (16) and extending substantially tangentially, which, when the pilot section (16) is inserted into a housing hole, interacts with a corresponding locating face of the housing in such a way as to prevent rotation, wherein the locating face (22) of the connecting device (10) is formed with a plastically deformable shoulder (24) on each of the locating-face areas lying tangentially opposite each other and/or the circumferential region of the pilot section (16) is formed by a plurality of radially elastic spigots (20) mutually spaced in the circumferential direction. This enables a functionally optimized and zero-play interaction between the corresponding locating faces.

The invention relates to a receiving sleeve (1) for an actuator body, in particular for holding a piezoelectric stack of a piezoelectric actuator that is used to drive an injector of an injection system for an internal combustion engine. According to the invention, the sleeve is equipped with at least one spring element (10, 11) for centering the actuator body in said receiving sleeve (1) and/or for compensating component tolerances of the actuator body.

A device (10) has a contact surface (22) arranged laterally offset and essentially extending tangentially in relation to an insertion section (16), which, on introduction of the insertion section (16) into a housing opening, interoperates with a corresponding contact surface of the housing providing torsional stability, with the contact surface (22) of the connecting device (10) being embodied at areas of the contact surface tangentially opposite one another in each case with a plastic deformable contact surface projection (24) and/or the circumferential area of the insertion section having an annular closed area of the cylindrical surface on which a number of elastic, sprung, centering projections (20), projecting radially from the area of the cylindrical surface are provided which are arranged at intervals from one another around the circumference. This makes possible a functionally-optimized and tight-fitting interoperation between the corresponding contact surfaces.
摘要:
Subsequent to their placement on a housing, known connection devices (e.g. contact stud carriers) are often not in a location that is exactly defined. A connection device which ensures significant positional accuracy in a simple manner has a locating face (22) which is laterally offset and extends essentially tangentially relative to an insertion section (16). The locating face interacts with a corresponding locating face of the housing in an anti-rotational manner when the insertion section (16) is inserted in a housing opening. The locating face (22) of the connection device (10) is formed both inelastically and elastically (28) at locating face areas (24, 26) which are opposite to each other. This allows a “backlash-free” interaction between the corresponding locating faces and, therefore, a particularly accurate positional definition.
