    摘要: A fuel injector for an internal combustion engine includes an injector body in which there are positioned an actuator, a control valve, and a needle guide. The actuator actuates the control valve, the control valve controlling an injection needle sliding the needle guide between an open position in which injection is permitted and a closed position in which the injection of fuel is prevented. The injector additionally includes a first electrical connection extending from the needle guide to a metal that are internal to the injector, and a metal extension extending from the metal ring to a connector pin accessible from the outside of the injector, so that an electrical signal indicative of the position of the needle can be transmitted from the needle guide for the needle to the connector pin.

    摘要: A connecting device for fuel injection systems is used for joining a fuel injector to a cup and to a fuel-conveying component. In this context, connecting elements are provided, which are insertable into the cup in such a manner, that they are situated at least approximately in one plane, which is oriented perpendicularly to a longitudinal axis of a cup. Connecting elements take the form of pin-shaped connecting elements. In addition, the connecting elements are formed in such a manner, that they are inserted into the cup, inside an outer cross-section of the cup. A securing element is also provided for securing the connecting elements. Furthermore, a fuel injection system having such a connecting device is provided.

    摘要: [Solving Means] In a nozzle plate of the present invention, part of fuel flowing out from the fuel injection port of the fuel injection device is atomized by colliding with an interference body, is rapidly bent in a flowing direction, and collides with the fuel that is flowing straight through nozzle holes and an orifice to make the fuel flow that flows straight through the nozzle hole and orifice turbulent. The orifice includes a corner portion formed by an outer edge portion of the interference body and having a sharply pointed shape without roundness at a part of an opening edge. The corner portion makes an end portion of a liquid film of fuel passing through the orifice into a sharply pointed shape for ease of atomization by friction with air.

    摘要: In a nozzle plate for a fuel injection device which can inject fuel flowed out from a fuel injection port of the fuel injection device in a sufficiently atomized state, a portion of fuel which flows in the inside of a nozzle hole impinges on an interference element, is sharply bent so as to flow backward by an impinging surface of the interference element which is formed of an annular recessed surface, is made to impinge on fuel which intends to advance straightly and pass through the nozzle hole and the orifice, and forms the flow of the fuel which intends to advance straightly and pass through the nozzle hole and the orifice into a turbulent flow. As a result, the nozzle plate for a fuel injection device further enhances the level of the atomization of fuel.
