摘要: When reception of engine rotating speed information from an engine control unit is failed, the control unit puts gear positions belonging to a second gear position group in a non-operable and connected state, and then puts a second clutch into a engaged state to convert a rotating speed of a second input shaft detected by a second rotational sensor into a rotating speed of an engine output shaft. The control unit controls so as to fasten a first clutch based on the converted rotating speed of the engine output shaft, thereby enabling a star of a vehicle.

摘要: A challenge to be met by the present invention is to provide a screen printer arranged so as to be able to readily perform both replacement of squeegees and operation for filling a paste feed syringe with paste. A paste feed syringe (14) is configured so as to be able to sway around an axial line (41) that downwardly extends from a squeegee base (30) with respect to a horizontal line (HL) parallel to a direction of reciprocal movement of the squeegee base (30), and also be able to change its position between a paste feed attitude having an imaginary extension within a vertical plane at an oblique angle such that a nozzle (14a) provided at a lower end of the paste feed syringe comes to a position immediately below squeegees (15) and a storage attitude which is turned from the paste feed attitude through about 90 degrees around an axial line (41).

摘要: To provide a printing inspection apparatus and a printing inspection method enabling an optimal inspection mode in which a balance is kept between the improvement of production efficiency and the securing of a printing accuracy. In a printing inspection for inspecting a printing state of cream solder on a substrate after screen printing, inspection data is generated by dividing unit shape and position data, indicating the shapes and the positions of element solder print portions to be printed on electrodes provided on a circuit forming surface of the substrate to be used to bond electronic components, into data groups according to a grouping condition chosen in response to an inspection mode. A go/no-go judgment at the time of inspection is made per data group, and a judgment result is displayed for each data group. It is thus possible to choose an optimal inspection mode flexibly in response to the characteristics of a substrate as the subject to be inspected.

摘要: It is possible to obtain a screen printing method that may assure excellent printing qualities since the screen printing method of the present invention includes: (A) sliding a squeegee head with paste stored in the squeegee head on a mask plate, while the past is pressurized, and printing the paste on a substrate through pattern holes of the mask plate, (B) at least one step of (b) separating the squeegee head with the paste stored therein from the mask plate, and (e) sliding the squeegee head on the mask plate for a pre-squeezing purpose before the step (A). The step of separating the squeegee head from the mask plate includes the steps of (1) discontinuing the pressure application to the paste stored in the squeegee head, (2) horizontally moving the squeegee head by a predetermined distance while the bottom end portion of the squeegee head is abutted on the mask plate in a state of the pressure application being discontinued, and (3) moving the squeegee head upward off from the mask plate. In the step of pre-squeezing includes the steps of (1) pressurizing the paste stored in the squeegee head in a state of the squeegee head being abutted on the mask plate, and (2) horizontally moving the squeegee head while the bottom end portion of the squeegee head is abutted on the mask plate in a state of the paste being pressurized.

摘要: An object of the invention is to provide an electronic component mounting device and a work method of the electronic component mounting device, capable of ensuring safety of an operator who accesses a work line through a door portion, and avoiding reduction of workability. A space defined by a base (11) and a cover member (14) is partitioned by a partition member (15) to define a plurality of work line storing spaces (SP1). A plurality of work lines (12) are stored in the respective work line storing spaces (SP1) individually. When any of a plurality of door portions (14a) provided in the cover member (14) so as to allow an access to an inside of the respective work line storing spaces (SP1) is opened, an operation of a work line (12) stored in a work line storing space (SP1) accessible through the opened door portion (14a) is stopped.
