Abstract: Method, apparatuses, and computer program product for addressing random access responses with extended response windows. One method may include accessing, by a user equipment, a network by sending a random access channel preamble to a network element. The method may also include receiving, in response to the random access channel preamble, a random access response from the network element. The random access response provides an indication of which random access channel occasion in time within a span of one or a plurality of radio frames the random access response applies.

Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an apparatus, method and computer readable storage medium for determining active time with a plurality of discontinuous reception (DRX) groups. In example embodiments, if first transmission is initiated from a device, at least a first DRX group is selected from a plurality of DRX groups. The plurality of DRX groups is configured for the device and associated with a plurality of DRX configurations. The apparatus is further caused to determine first active time for the first DRX group based on a first DRX configuration of the plurality of DRX configurations associated with the first DRX group. Further, the device is allowed to monitor second transmission to the device in the first active time.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media of channel access procedure based on the channel access priority class (CAPC). The method comprises receiving scheduling information from a second device, the scheduling information at least indicating resources allocated for a transmission from the first device to the second device, a channel access type for the transmission and an expected access priority for the transmission. The method further comprises comparing the expected access priority with an access priority of data in a buffer of the first device and determining use of the resources based on the comparison. In this way, the Channel Occupancy Time (COT) sharing can be used only for the data with higher or equal priority to avoid unintended usage of the grant on unlicensed band and coexistence fairness among nodes with different types of traffic to be transmitted may be achieved.

Abstract: Various communication systems may benefit from improved random access operations. For example, certain embodiments may benefit from improved random access in which multiple bandwidth parts are configured to a user equipment within one cell. A method, in certain embodiments, may include triggering a random access procedure at a user equipment. The method may also include switching at the user equipment from a first uplink bandwidth part that does not support a random access channel to a second uplink bandwidth part that has the random access channel configured after the triggering of the random access procedure. The switching may be autonomously performed by the user equipment. In addition, the method may include performing the random access procedure at the user equipment using the random access channel configured at the second uplink bandwidth part.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to reporting beam failure. A terminal device detects a beam failure on one or more serving cells of the terminal device. If the beam failure is detected on the one or more serving cells, the terminal device obtains information concerning one or more candidate beams and the one or more serving cells. Each of the one or more candidate beams is associated with a respective one of the one or more serving cells. The terminal device then transmits at least a portion of the information to a network device associated with the one or more serving cells.
