摘要: Various communication systems may benefit from techniques and devices for properly re-establishing connections. For example, communication systems of the third generation partnership project may benefit from a configured condition for radio resource control connection re-establishment. A method can include detecting, by a user equipment, a predetermined condition. The method can also include, based on the detected predetermined condition, at least one of initiating sending an indication to a network element. The indication can include a measurement result of a cell serving the user equipment, a measurement result of a neighbor cell, a random access problem indication, an indication from radio link control (RLC) that a maximum number of retransmissions has been reached, or any combination thereof.

摘要: A method, apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium are provided for configuring carriers and/or performing reference signal measurements. In one example implementation, the method may include a user equipment (UE) receiving carrier configuration information and carrier type information from a network node, the carrier type information including an indication whether a carrier is an offloading carrier; determining whether one or more offloading conditions to perform offloading measurements are satisfied; and performing the offloading measurements in response to determining that the one or more offloading conditions are satisfied. In an additional example implementation, the method may include a network node transmitting carrier configuration information and carrier type information to a user equipment (UE) and receiving offloading and/or mobility measurements from the user equipment (UE), the off-loading and/or mobility measurements generated at the user equipment (UE) based on the carrier configuration information and carrier type.

摘要: In accordance with an example embodiment, there is disclosed a method comprising: receiving, by a user equipment in a wireless network, beam information from a serving cell and each neighboring cell; assessing a beam quality of the serving cell and each neighboring cell from the information; determining a subset of the serving cell and neighboring cells comprising the serving cell and each neighboring cell with a beam quality within a first offset of the serving cell and each neighboring cell with a highest quality beam; ranking each cell of the subset in descending order from highest to lowest quality.

摘要: According to a first embodiment, a method may include receiving, by a user equipment, at least one indication that the user equipment is allowed to skip paging monitoring after a paging message is successfully decoded. The method may further include determining, by the user equipment, that the user equipment can end paging monitoring based upon received wake-up signaling configuration data. The method may further include entering, by the user equipment, an extended discontinuous reception sleep mode.

摘要: Methods and apparatuses for PHR for a serving cell, wherein an active BWP of the serving cell is a dormant BWP. A UE sends a PHR to at least a network node to report PH of the serving cell; the network node receives the PHR from the UE to report PH of the serving cell and obtains PH value from the PHR for the serving cell. Herein at least one of the following is reported for the serving cell: 1) Type 1 PH; 2) Type 3 PH; 3) a designated field indicating whether the PH is Type 1 or Type 3; 4) a designated field indicating whether the serving cell is on a dormant BWP or non-dormant BWP.

摘要: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage medium for selection of a channel access priority. In example embodiments, a subset of data units from a set of data units is selected for multiplexing into a data packet. The selecting is at least in part based on a channel access priority associated with each of the subset of data unit. The subset of data units is multiplexed into the data packet, and then the data packet is transmitted.
