    摘要: A mechanical system that forms a cam follower or a rocker arm. The mechanical system includes a support element, a pin extending between two opposite ends along a first axis, and a roller mounted on the pin, movable in rotation relative to the pin around the first axis and adapted to roll on a cam. The support element further comprises an insert having holding members supporting the pin ends, provided with cut-outs having a shape complementary to the shape of the pin-ends, for assembling pin with insert by quarter-turn around the first axis. The pin ends each have a flat surface and an external surface. A first dimension of each pin end, measured perpendicularly to the flat surface, between the flat surface and the external surface of the pin end, is higher than half the outer diameter of the pin ends.

    摘要: A torque transmission mechanism for an internal combustion engine, adapted to transmit a starting torque from a starter motor to a crankshaft of the internal combustion engine. A ring gear of the mechanism transmits the starting torque, and a one-way clutch (including an inner ring and an outer ring) disposed between the ring gear and the crankshaft. The ring gear comprises lubrication holes allowing lubricant to transfer from the internal combustion engine towards the one-way clutch. The torque transmission mechanism comprising at least one sealing element adapted to prevent lubricant from passing between an outer surface of the one-way clutch outer ring and a ring gear inner surface. The one-way clutch outer ring comprises a chamfered surface inclined with respect to a central axis of the mechanism and diverging respective to the central axis of the mechanism from the lubrication holes of the ring gear towards the sealing element.

    摘要: A torque transmission mechanism, for a starter for an internal combustion engine, is adapted to transmit a starting torque from a starter motor to a crankshaft. The torque transmission mechanism comprises a ring gear that transmits the starting torque and a one-way clutch disposed between the ring gear and the crankshaft, this ring gear comprising a gear side portion to which the starting torque is transmitted from the starter motor via gear mesh, and a flange extending between the gear side portion and an inner ring of the one-way clutch. The flange comprises an inner section which forms the inner ring of the one-way clutch and an outer section fixed to the inner section and on which the gear side portion is fixed. The inner and outer sections of the flange are fixed together by a mechanical assembly other than welding.
