摘要: The invention relates to a wheel bearing unit including a wheel hub. The wheel hub has an integrally formed wheel flange at one end and an inner ring which can be rotated together with the wheel hub. The inner ring is secured on the wheel hub by a rolling rivet connection in order to pretension a row of rolling elements relative to an outer ring. The wheel bearing unit also has an encoder, which is provided on the inner ring and extends radially in the direction of the outer ring, and a protective cover which is secured to the outer ring in order to close and seal annular openings that are formed between the outer ring and the wheel hub. A cylindrical mounting section of the protective cover is pressed into a cylindrical press-in portion of the outer ring, and a shielding section extends from the cylindrical assembly portion inwards in a radial direction (R1). A base section is provided which adjoins the shielding section in order to cover an inner-side end of the wheel hub, and a sealing element is provided on a circumferential surface, which faces away from the outer ring, of the cylindrical assembly portion. The sealing element is formed such that a part of the sealing element protrudes from the mounting section in the axial direction (R2) in order to form a sealing lip which is pressed axially onto a section of the outer ring in order to sealingly rest against this section.

A positioning component which has a recess with an inner circumference is provided, wherein the positioning component surrounds the outer ring in a region of the second axial section and the positioning component and the outer ring are arranged displaceably relative to one another. To provide an alternative anti-rotation element and an alternative axial stop, at least one sub-section of an inner circumference of the recess of the positioning component is non-uniformly spaced from the center point and the cross-section of the second axial section around the circumference has at least one sub-section with a radius that varies around the contour of the outer cylindrical surface (radius variation). In a first circumferential section, the distance between the contour of the outer cylindrical surface of the second axial section and the axis of rotation is greater than the distance between the contour of the inner circumference of the recess of the positioning component and the axis of rotation in a second circumferential section.

摘要: Rolling bearing arrangements are disclosed. The bearing may include an outer ring, an inner ring, and a strain sensor device having an annular main body. The strain sensor device may be connected to the outer ring and configured to measure axial loads acting on the rolling bearing. A circle segment-shaped force introduction element may extend in a circumferential direction and connect to the annular main body via a web-shaped coupling element. The strain sensor device may have, on an outer end facing away from the rolling bearing, a recess for accommodating a strain sensor. The recess may extend over the force introduction element at least in the circumferential direction and the coupling element may have a smaller extent in a radial direction than the recess.

摘要: The invention provides a sealing device sealing a foreign material in a machine outer side so as to prevent the foreign material from entering into a machine inner side, having an end face lip which slidably comes into contact with an end face portion of a rotation side part, and applying grease for lubrication to an inner peripheral surface of the end face lip. In the sealing device, an application amount of the grease applied to an inner peripheral surface of a leading end portion in the end face lip is set to be smaller than an application amount of the grease applied to an inner peripheral surface of a root portion in the end face lip. Accordingly, grease applied to an inner peripheral surface of an end face lip is hard to be scattered even in the case that a centrifugal force acts on the sealing device.
