摘要： A semiconductor device sealed with mold resin is disclosed. The device includes a semiconductor substrate having a main surface and an element formed on the main surface of the semiconductor substrate. A stress buffering film for protecting at least the element from stress of the mold resin is provided on the semiconductor substrate so as to cover at least the element. The entire semiconductor device is covered and sealed with mold resin. The stress buffering film is formed of organo-silicone ladder polymer having a hydroxyl group at its end. In the semiconductor device, water does not get into an interface of the stress buffering film and the underlying substrate, resulting in an enhancement of the moisture resistance of the semiconductor device.

摘要： A magnetic sensor is constituted using magnetic sensor chips mounted on stages supported by interconnecting members and a frame having leads in a lead frame. Herein, the stages are inclined upon plastic deformation of the interconnecting members. When the frame is held in a metal mold and the stages are pressed, the interconnecting members are elastically deformed, so that the magnetic sensor chips are bonded onto the stages placed substantially in the same plane and are then wired with the leads. Thereafter, the stages are released from pressure, so that the interconnecting members are restored from the elastically deformed states thereof. When the magnetic sensor chips are combined together to realize three sensing directions, it is possible to accurately measure three-dimensional bearings of magnetism, and the magnetic sensor can be reduced in dimensions and manufactured with a reduced cost therefor.

摘要： A treating liquid composition containing fine particles being so configured that their dispersion is kept or broken by an external factor such as contact between substance or ultraviolet irradiation, and a recording liquid composition containing a colorant being so configured that its dispersion or dissolution is kept or broken by the external factor are ejected separately onto a recording medium by ink-jet system. Droplets of the treating liquid composition and of the recording liquid composition are brought into contact with each other to cause a condition change such as a pH change or solubility change. The fine particles and the colorant aggregate separately without being substantially mixed with each other. This ink set produces a deep, colorful, sharp and glossy print in exact accordance with an original while effectively preventing feathering and color bleed on whichever of absorbable recording media and nonabsorbable recording media.

摘要： A testing system for voice system equipment in a switchboard includes a testing maintenance terminal for inputting telephone number information of an ordinary subscriber's telephone that is to be designated as a maintenance party telephone. The testing maintenance terminal can be a testing maintenance terminal of a general-purpose information processing unit.
