A treatment device includes: an insertion portion inserted into a channel of an endoscope; a treatment section configured to perform treatment according to power supplied from a power source; a power reception electrode installed along an outer circumferential face of the insertion portion and configured to form a capacitor by capacitively coupling to a power transmission electrode that generates an electric field according to the power supplied from the power source on an outer circumferential face of the channel when the insertion portion is inserted into the channel; and a position restriction section that restricts a position of the insertion portion in the channel in a radial direction such that a distance between a center axis of the channel and a center axis of the insertion portion is equal to or smaller than a predetermined value.

A wireless transmitter, arranged outside of a living body and capable of performing wireless transmission utilizing magnetic coupling for an in-vivo observation apparatus inside of the living body, includes: a magnetic field generator including a plurality of plane coils inside, the plurality of plane coils being arranged such that each of coil surfaces is positioned on a same plane or arranged in a layer such that the coil surfaces are parallel to each other; a power source for supplying currents to be applied to the plurality of plane coils; a phase switch for performing operation for supplying the currents supplied from the power source to the plurality of plane coils while switching phases of the currents: and a controller for controlling sequential and repeated switching of states of the currents flowing through the plurality of plane coils at each predetermined period.

A trocar comprising: a housing; an insertion tube that is integral with the housing and is inserted into a subject; a power transmission coil that is disposed inside of the housing and generates AC magnetic field to be applied to an insertion hole into which a treatment tool is to be inserted; a radiator that transmits heat generated from the power transmission coil; and a heat insulator disposed on a side of the subject between the radiator and the subject, the heat insulator having lower thermal conductivity than the radiator.
