    Abstract: A method for managing SMS text messages that is implemented by a gateway placed across the flow between an S-CSCF entity and an HLR entity in a telecommunications network. The method includes: receiving a Third Party Registration frame including an identifier of a terminal; sending a configuration message to the HLR entity, the configuration causing the SMS text messages intended for the terminal to transit via the gateway or not; obtaining, from the frame, information representative of the type of access network to which the terminal is connected, wherein the sending and content of the configuration message are determined according to the type of access network.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for redirecting a call to at least one message deposit server chosen beforehand, when a call being set up is being transferred from a first terminal to a second terminal, the transfer being carried out by means of a first signaling message containing a value representative of a number of transfers of the call, referred to as the “forwarding field”, the method being such that it includes the steps of: assigning to the forwarding field of the first signaling message a first value greater than or equal to a threshold, the threshold corresponding to a value starting from which the transfer of a call is not allowed by the network; transmitting the first signaling message to the second terminal; and upon receiving a message indicating a failure to set up the call with the second terminal in response to the first signaling message, assigning to the forwarding field of a second signaling message a second value less than the threshold; and transmitting the second signaling message to the at least one chosen deposit server. The invention also relates to a server and a terminal comprising a device suitable for implementing the method according to the invention.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a management method and server suitable for managing a request issued by a device on a VoIP core network for the purpose of registering a current address of contact of the device. The management method comprises, on receiving the request, obtaining a number of addresses of contact registered on the core network in association with the public identifier of the device. When that number has reached a maximum registration capacity defined for the public identifier, an interrogation message is sent to the addresses of contact registered on the core network in association with the public identifier if, at the end of a predetermined time period, at least one of the addresses of contact has not responded to said interrogation message or is declared as being inactive in response to the interrogation message, accepting the request. Otherwise the request is rejected.

    Abstract: Methods and devices for establishing a communication between a first and a second terminal are described. The disclosed technology can be implemented in or by a server or a terminal in communication with the server. The first terminal can to the server, using a first calling identity, a request including connection information and an identifier of the first terminal. Using the identifier, the server can obtain from a database a pair of calling identities including one certified and one non-certified, the pair comprising the first calling identity and a second calling identity. The server can route the communication towards the second terminal by presenting a calling identity of the pair and sending the routable number to the first terminal.
