    Abstract: A transmitting apparatus generates at least one of a first type of schedule element supporting an allocation involving a single channel and a second type of schedule element supporting an allocation involving a plurality of channels and transmits a MAC frame including the generated at least one schedule element over a first channel. When the allocation involving the plurality of channels includes the first channel, the transmitting apparatus generates a first type of schedule element including information regarding the allocation involving the plurality of channels and generates the second type of schedule element including difference information, and when the allocation involving the plurality of channels does not include the first channel, the transmitting apparatus omits the generation of the first type of schedule element and generates the second type of schedule element including all the information regarding the allocation involving the plurality of channels.

    Abstract: A communication apparatus of the present disclosure comprises a first receiver which, in operation, receives a downlink data frame from a base station; a decoder which, in operation, decodes data included in the received downlink data frame; a signal generator which, when the decoded data indicates that there is no buffered traffic for the communication apparatus, generates an uplink frame that includes acknowledgement information and a wake-up radio (WUR) mode request indicating a request to transit to the WUR mode from a primary connectivity radio (PCR) mode; and a transmitter which, in operation, transmits the uplink frame to the base station.

    Abstract: A transmitting apparatus generates MAC frames and transmits the MAC frames from first to Nth channels. When an allocation involving a plurality of channels includes an nth channel, the apparatus generates the MAC frame including a schedule element of a first type corresponding to an allocation involving a single channel, the schedule element including all scheduling information for the allocation involving the plurality of channels and a schedule element of a second type corresponding to an allocation involving a plurality of channels, the schedule element including difference information indicating the generated first type of schedule element, and when the allocation involving the plurality of channels does not include the nth channel, the apparatus omits the generation of the first type of schedule element and generates the MAC frame including a schedule element of the second type, the schedule element including all information for the allocation involving the plurality of channels.
