Abstract: A rendering system includes a first obtainer, a second obtainer, a renderer, an estimator, and a corrector. The first obtainer obtains position information indicating a position of an object from a detector. The second obtainer obtains movement information indicating a movement state of the moving body. The renderer renders a display image including a content related to the object. The estimator estimates a delay period by comparing the position information to estimated-position information indicating an estimated position of the object estimated based on the movement information of the object. The corrector corrects displacement of a display position of the content on the display image which is caused by movement of the moving body over the delay period.

Abstract: An image display system includes a display unit displaying an image, a projection unit projecting in a target space a virtual image corresponding to the image with an output light of the display unit, a body unit provided thereto the display unit and the projection unit, and an image producing unit including a first correction unit and a second correction unit. The first correction unit performs a first correction processing of correcting, based on a first orientation signal indicative of a first orientation change of the body unit, a display position of the virtual image in the target space. The second correction unit performs a second correction processing of correcting, based on a second orientation signal indicative of a second orientation change of the body unit which is faster than the first orientation change, the display position of the virtual image in the target space.

Abstract: A display apparatus that displays a virtual image having a shape that follows an object to be superimposed when viewed from a user is provided. An optical system that is included in the display apparatus and displays a virtual image that is three-dimensional includes a laser that emits laser light, a MEMS scanner that performs scanning with the laser light, a screen that forms an image on a surface of the screen with the MEMS scanner scanning the surface with the laser light, a projection unit that generates a virtual image by projecting the image formed onto a display medium, and a drive unit that reciprocates the screen scanned with the laser light in a predetermined section along an optical path of the optical system at a predetermined cycle. The MEMS scanner changes a vertical movement speed of a scan line according to a shape of an object included in a background and is superimposed with the virtual image in scanning performed with the laser light at a scanning cycle in synchronization with a cycle of the reciprocation.

Abstract: The driving assistance device acquires, from an autonomous driving controller that determines an action of a vehicle during autonomous driving of the vehicle, action information indicating a first action that the vehicle is caused to execute. The driving assistance device acquires, from a detector that detects a surrounding situation and a travel state of the vehicle, detection information indicating a detection result. The driving assistance device determines a second action which is executable in place of the first action, based on the detection information. The driving assistance device generates a first image representing the first action and a second image representing the second action. The driving assistance device outputs the first image and the second image to a notification device such that the first image and the second image are displayed within a fixed field of view of a driver of the vehicle.

Abstract: A video control device includes a processor and a memory including a program that, when executed, causes the processor to perform operations including: obtaining a position of a vehicle determined by a satellite positioning system; obtaining an estimated position of the vehicle estimated based on dead reckoning; estimating a deviation in an orientation of the vehicle, based on the position of the vehicle determined by the satellite positioning system and the estimated position of the vehicle estimated based on the dead reckoning; calculating an estimated orientation of the vehicle, based on the deviation in the orientation of the vehicle estimated; and outputting the estimated orientation of the vehicle to a video display device that displays information which is based on the orientation of the vehicle.

Abstract: Provided is a technology for improving accuracy in determining the next action. Travel history generator generates, for each driver, a travel history associating an environmental parameter indicating a travel environment through which a vehicle has previously traveled with an action selected by the driver in response to the environmental parameter. Acquisition unit acquires a travel history similar to a travel history of a current driver from among travel histories generated by travel history generator. Driver model generator generates a driver model based on the travel history acquired by acquisition unit. Determination unit determines the next action based on the driver model generated by driver model generator) and an environmental parameter indicating a current travel environment of the vehicle.
