Abstract:
The invention relates to a construction kit made of concrete paving stones comprising substantially prismatic stone bodies of a uniform height and upright lateral surfaces. A plurality of stone paving stones (2) arranged in rows and having the same width in addition to the same or different lengths can be placed manually or placed by means of a machine with continuous or offset joints in said joint areas. A plurality of rows of paving stones that are arranged next to each other in a parallel position is used to form a rectangular or square packet that can be placed using a machine. The paving stones (2) have side surfaces (4) which have head pieces (2′) that are defined by a wavy line along part of their height and base pieces (2″) in sections, comprising domed areas (5) or projections jutting out laterally in relation to the head pieces (2′) extending along another part of their height. When the packets are assembled for placement in the vicinity of the end stones that make up a row of paving stones, they form a line of continuous joints or provide substantially winding-shaped joints (7) if so desired by replacing different sized end stones from adjacent packets that have been moved towards each other.
Abstract:
In connection with a machine for the treatment of laundry, in particular a washing-machine or drier, comprising weight sensors for automatic measurements of the weight of the laundry and subsequent determination of the quantities of treatment agents to be filled in (water, detergents, or the like), for determining the relative humidity content, for detecting and removing imbalance conditions, it is proposed to arrange a decoupling frame between an outer housing resting on a stationary supporting surface, and the entire inner system of the washing-machine or dryer, including the lye tank with drum and other partial components, the decoupling frame being itself resiliently suspended in the outer housing and supporting all the other components, and to provide weight sensors, preferable resistance strain gauges, which coact with the resilient suspension of the decoupling frame.
Abstract:
In some aspects, a switching device for a medical apparatus includes a first switching member adapted to select an assigned operating function of the medical apparatus; and a second switching member adapted to permit the selecting of the assigned operating function of the first switching member. The second switching member is adapted such that it has a detection space in which it detects a presence of an operating object; and the first switching member is arranged in the detection space of the second switching member.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a set of concrete pavers, comprising substantially rectangular pavers of uniform height with vertical side faces, a number of pavers of uniform or different lengths and widths being arranged in a row, and, in particular for forming a rectangular or square laying bundle that can be picked up by machine, comprising a number of parallel, adjacent rows of pavers, continuous linear joints being formed in the end-paver region of the rows of pavers when the sets are laid together or, optionally, substantially meandering joints being obtainable by interchanging row-end pavers, which are of different lengths and are in close proximity, from neighboring sets; at least one section of the upper delimiting surface of the pavers is convexly cambered towards the outside and projections on the base parts of the pavers are spaced apart on the side faces of the base parts, the projections forming support elements for the adjacent pavers and, in combination with projections on adjacent pavers, creating spaces that act as water-drainage openings in the joint regions, the pavers in each set comprising not only paving blocks with a length-to-height ratio of less than or equal to 4 but also at least one paving slab with a length-to-height ratio greater than 4.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing concrete stones during which a number of individually selectable separate molds can be placed on a base frame, and the base frame X is fitted with a number of selected separate molds A, B, C and D. The separate molds A, B, C and D are detachably joined to the base frame X in order to hold the separate molds A, B, C and D in place. The separate molds A, B, C and D are filled with liquid concrete material. Hardened concrete stones are removed from the separate molds A, B, C and D, after which the separate molds A, B, C and D are detached from the base frame X.
Abstract:
A panel arrangement for a domestic appliance, having a panel which can be fitted to the domestic appliance such that it is visible from the outside. Indicator and/or operator controls are provided which are mounted on the panel. A printed circuit board comprises control and possibly power electronics and can be arranged in the interior of the domestic appliance. The indicator and/or operator controls are connected to the printed circuit board. At least some of the indicator and/or operator controls are mounted on the panel substantially independently of the layout of the printed circuit board and are connected to the printed circuit board via at least one flexible supply line.
Abstract:
The invention proposes a key arrangement for a control panel, particularly for domestic machines such as washing machines, driers etc., having at least one key with a front control face and at least one backward-protruding projection, a key support which has at least one opening through which the projection passes, and elastic means which are borne on the back of the key support, the elastic means engaging with the projection which passes through the opening and prestressing the key forwards from the key support.

Abstract:
A parallel decompression system and method which decompresses input compressed data in one or more decompression cycles, with a plurality of tokens typically being decompressed in each cycle in parallel. A parallel decompression engine may include an input for receiving compressed data, a history window, and a plurality of decoders for examining and decoding a plurality of tokens from the compressed data in parallel in a series of decompression cycles. A token may represent one or more compressed symbols or one uncompressed symbol. The parallel decompression engine may also include preliminary select generation logic for generating a plurality of preliminary selects in parallel. A preliminary select may point to an uncompressed symbol in the history window, an uncompressed symbol from a token in the current decompression cycle, or a symbol being decompressed in the current decompression cycle. The parallel decompression engine may also include final select generation logic for resolving preliminary selects and generating a plurality of final selects in parallel. Each of the plurality of final selects points either to an uncompressed symbol in the history window or to an uncompressed symbol from a token in the current decompression cycle. The parallel decompression engine may also include uncompressed data output logic for generating the uncompressed data from the uncompressed symbols pointed to by the plurality of final selects, and for storing the symbols decompressed in this cycle in the history window. The decompression engine may also include an output for outputting the uncompressed data produced in the decompression cycles. The decompression engine may be divided into a series of stages. The decoders may be included in a first stage. The preliminary select generation logic may be included in a second stage. The final select generation logic may be included in a third stage. The output logic may be included in a fourth stage.
Abstract:
Known screen printing machines, which have a continuous support for the squeegee, have the disadvantage that the printing is impaired when the support bends. This also applies to constructions with a squeegee support which is independent of the support and the weight of which, in the case of an asymmetrical squeegee arrangement, results in an uneven loading of the squeegee. According to the invention, the support is therefore disposed rigidly at the guide rails, and pneumatic double-action cylinders are arranged directly at the support, the squeegee being fastened at the cylinders so that its angle can be adjusted. A bending off the support does not influence the printing quality, even if the squeegee is not arranged in the center of the support.
