Abstract: An example method comprises obtaining information regarding a motion of a vehicle traversing the traffic intersection during a time window using video frames or image frames of the vehicle obtained by a traffic camera, obtaining roadway delineation information indicative of a traffic lane at the traffic intersection, wherein the roadway delineation information corresponds to the motion of the vehicle as indicated in the video frames or image frames of the vehicle obtained by the traffic camera, obtaining traffic light information of a traffic light at the traffic intersection, the traffic light information corresponding to the time window during which the vehicle traverses the traffic intersection, wherein the traffic light information indicates timing of the traffic light, and determining the traffic signal-to-lane association by using the information regarding the motion of the vehicle, the roadway delineation information, and the traffic light information to associate the traffic lane with the traffic light.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a method performed by a first apparatus including a radar device. The first apparatus transmits first operating information associated with the first apparatus indicating a geographical location and a direction of the first apparatus to a second apparatus in an environment. The first apparatus receives second operating information from the second apparatus indicating a geographical location and a direction of the second apparatus. The first apparatus identifies a group of interfering apparatuses, including the first apparatus and the second apparatus, based on the first and second operating information. The group of interfering apparatuses is associated with a same time synchronization source. The first apparatus transmits a first plurality of signals via the radar device based on a common radar transmission configuration for the group of interfering apparatuses.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which a user equipment (UE) may reserve one or more time frequency resources in an unlicensed frequency spectrum band for one or more sidelink transmissions. The UE may reserve the time frequency resources through a sidelink message transmitted in a first slot of a shared channel occupancy (CO). The UE may monitor a subset of slots before the reserved time frequency resources for sidelink transmissions from other UEs sharing the CO. The monitoring of the subset of slots may include decoding control messages or control information in each of the subset of slots, a reference signal received power (RSRP) measurement of sidelink transmissions in the subset of slots, channel sensing with energy detection in a sensing window, or a combination thereof. The UE may communicate in the reserved slot based on the monitoring.

Abstract: Techniques described herein provide for leader selection of a group of vehicles, based on inter-vehicle communications. According to embodiments, a host vehicle can determine it qualifies to be the leader of a potential group by comparing vehicle information of other cars in the potential group with its own vehicle information. Once the determination has been made, the host can then a request to be the group leader to the other vehicles. If the other vehicles accept, the host vehicle can initiate group formation. Otherwise, another vehicle can reject the request and send its own request to become the group leader, reinitiating group leader negotiation until a group leader is determined.

Abstract: Methods and systems for managing traversals of one or more vehicles through a traffic intersection are proposed. In one example, a method comprises: receiving a first message including one or more motion characteristics of one or more vehicles approaching the traffic intersection; forming a motion group; grouping a subset of the one or more vehicles into the motion group based on the one or more motion characteristics; assigning a leader vehicle for the motion group; determining a group maneuver target for the motion group to traverse through the traffic intersection; and transmitting, to the leader vehicle of the motion group, a second message including the group maneuver target for the motion group, to enable the leader vehicle of the motion group to control a motion of each member vehicle of the motion group based on the group maneuver target.
