Abstract: A display device may include a substrate, a common electrode, a first subpixel electrode, a second subpixel electrode, a first liquid crystal layer, a second liquid crystal layer, and a wall member. The common electrode overlaps the substrate. The first subpixel electrode and the second subpixel electrode are positioned between the substrate and the common electrode and are insulated from each other. The first liquid crystal layer is positioned between the first subpixel electrode and the common electrode. The second liquid crystal layer is positioned between the second subpixel electrode and the common electrode. The wall member is formed of an organic material, is positioned between the first liquid crystal layer and the second liquid crystal layer, partially overlaps the first subpixel electrode, and is as wide as or wider than the first subpixel electrode in a plan view of the display device.
