    Abstract: A display device includes an electrode layer including a first electrode and a second electrode that are spaced apart from each other and disposed on a substrate, a light emitting element between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a capping layer disposed on the light emitting element and including at least one low refractive layer and at least one high refractive layer that are alternately disposed. The capping layer includes a first low refractive layer on the electrode layer and the light emitting element, a first high refractive layer on the first low refractive layer, and a second low refractive layer on the first high refractive layer. A thickness of the first low refractive layer is greater than a thickness of the second low refractive layer.

    Abstract: A display device including: a pixel circuit layer including a first transistor and a conductive pattern; and a display element layer on the pixel circuit layer, and including a light emitting element. The display element layer may further include: a first pixel electrode electrically connected to a first end of the light emitting element; and a second pixel electrode electrically connected to a second end of the light emitting element. The first transistor may include: a semiconductor pattern; a first gate insulating layer on the semiconductor pattern; a gate electrode on the first gate insulating layer; and a first transistor electrode and a second transistor electrode connected to the semiconductor pattern.
