    Abstract: An electronic device includes: an antenna; a communication circuit connected with the antenna; and one or more processors, wherein the one or more processors are configured to: identify a second amount of power corresponding to a second output signal outputted through the antenna for a second time using the communication circuit, the operation of identifying the second amount of power comprising an operation of identifying a second electromagnetic wave absorption rate corresponding to the second amount of power; determine a maximum output power for a third output signal to be outputted through the antenna according to a difference between a target electromagnetic wave absorption rate and the second electromagnetic absorption rate; and output the third output signal through the antenna based at least one the maximum output power.

    Abstract: A baseband circuit that receives, from a RFIC, and being configured to process, a signal including a plurality of synchronization signal blocks generated in a neighbor cell and a signal including radio resource control parameters generated in a serving cell, includes: a storage; a controller configured to write/read data to/from the storage; and a signal processor controlled by the controller, wherein the controller sets a number of measurement target SSBs based on the RRC parameters, wherein the signal processor checks a validity of the set number of SSBs, and the controller stores valid SSB information in the storage based on the checking result, verifies a number of valid SSBs based on the stored valid SSB information, and controls the signal processor or invalidates the neighbor cell so that the signal processor measures reference signal received power of the neighbor cell based on a verification result.

    Abstract: An operating method of a terminal performing a cell search using first and second memories for buffering input samples includes detecting a first primary synchronization signal (PSS) group from a first input sample group while buffering the first input sample group in the first memory in a first interval. While buffering a second input sample group in the second memory in a second interval following the first interval, the method detects a second PSS group from the second input sample group, and a first secondary synchronization signal (SSS) group corresponding to the first PSS group from the first input sample group. While buffering a third input sample group in the first memory in a third interval following the second interval, the method detects a third PSS group from the third input sample group, and a second SSS group corresponding to the second PSS group from the second input sample group.
