    Abstract: A human-powered vehicle control device includes an electronic controller that controls a human-powered vehicle component including at least one of a motor assisting in propulsion of a human-powered vehicle and a transmission changing a first ratio of a rotational speed of a drive wheel to a rotational speed of a crank of the human-powered vehicle. The electronic controller controls the human-powered vehicle component in a first control state and a second control state differing from the first control state. The electronic controller changes the first control state to the second control state upon determining a value related to a first change rate of an inclination angle of the human-powered vehicle is greater than or equal to a first predetermined value in the first control state. The inclination angle of the human-powered vehicle includes at least one of a yaw angle and a roll angle of the human-powered vehicle.

    Abstract: A bicycle controller includes an electronic control unit controlling output of a motor that assists in propelling of a bicycle based on a manual driving force input to the bicycle. The electronic control unit further configured to control the motor in any one of operation modes including first, second and another operation modes, which control the output of the motor based on the manual driving force. The other operation mode excludes the first and second operation modes. In the first operation mode, the upper limit of output torque of the motor is a first value. In the second operation mode, the upper limit of output torque of the motor is a second value, which is 1.5 times or more than the first value. In the other operation mode, the upper limit of the output torque of the motor is the first value or less, or the second value or greater.

    Abstract: A suspension control system is provided for a suspension of a human-powered vehicle. The suspension control system basically includes a detector, an electronic controller and an additional detector. The detector is configured to detect information relating to a running condition of the human-powered vehicle indirectly indicative of a pedaling state of the human-powered vehicle. The electronic controller is configured to output a control signal to adjust an operating state of the suspension in accordance with the information detected by the detector. The additional detector is configured to detect additional information relating to at least one of a riding posture of rider riding the human-powered vehicle and a terrain condition. The electronic controller is configured to output the control signal to adjust the operating state of the suspension in accordance with the information in combination with the additional information.

    Abstract: A human-powered vehicle control device includes an electronic controller that controls a transmission device to shift a ratio of a rotational speed of a wheel to a rotational speed of a crank axle. The controller controls the transmission device between first, second, and third control states. The controller controls the transmission device in the first control state for a predetermined period in a case where the human-powered vehicle starts to travel until a vehicle state becomes a predetermined state. The controller switches from the first to the second control state if the vehicle state becomes the predetermined state. The controller switches from the first to the third control state if a human driving force input to the human-powered vehicle becomes greater than a predetermined driving force during the predetermined period. Shifting of the ratio is more restricted in the first control state than the second and third control states.

    Abstract: A bracket device is configured to mount a bicycle rear derailleur on a rear-wheel axis of a bicycle.
