Abstract:
Container of plastic material having a flattened body and a bottom in the extension of the body having peripheral seat defining a seating plane the contour of which has in the same plane a large dimension A1 and a small dimension A2 that is strictly smaller than the large dimension, and an inner annular cheek substantially perpendicular to the seating plane. The bottom having a concave arch that extends from the seat towards a central zone. A height H of the cheek and a width L of the seating plane are such that 0.5 ≤ L H ≤ 2.5 . A transverse extension A of the seating plane and a transverse extension B of the body, measured near the bottom, are such that A B ≥ 0.85 .
Abstract:
Stackable container (1) having a body (2) and a bottom (3) comprising: an annular seat (10) defining a seating plane (11) complementary with a peripheral face (8) provided on a shoulder (4); a conical arch (14) that extends from the seat (10). In this container: an outer transverse extension Dext of the seat and an overall transverse extension D of the body are such that: Dext D ≥ 0.8 the arch (14) has a peripheral section (17) complementary with a frustoconical surface (7) of the shoulder (4), the seating plane (11) and the peripheral support section (17) define a contact surface, the projection of which on the seating plane (11) has a surface area SC such that: Sc S ≥ 0.4 where S is the surface area delimited by an outer perimeter (12) of the seat (10).
Abstract:
A method for regulation of the angular position of hollow bodies in an installation for production of containers. The hollow bodies are moved by individual support members each of which is equipped with means for causing the hollow body to turn about its axis. The method includes a first step of measuring an angular offset of at least one particular hollow body relative to a reference angular position in a measurement zone. The method also includes a second step of compensating of the angular position of the subsequent hollow bodies in a compensation zone upstream of said measurement zone as a function of the angular offset measured for the at least one particular hollow body.
Abstract:
A method of producing a container (2) from a blank (3) made of plastics material within a mould (4) which is provided with a wall (5) defining a cavity (6) bearing the impression of the container (2), and with a mould base (8) which can move relative to the wall (5) between a retracted position in which it extends in set-back manner relative to the cavity (6) and a deployed position in which it closes the cavity (6). The method includes a boxing stage in which the mould base (8) moves from its retracted position to its deployed position, the travel (C) of the mould base (8) between its retracted position and its deployed position being greater than 20 mm.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a container (2) from a blank (3) made of plastic material, in a stretch-blow molding unit (7) including: a mold (11) provided with a wall (13) and a mold base (14) which is axially movable relative to the wall (13) between a low position and a raised position; a stretch rod (22) which is axially movable relative to the mold (11) between a high position and a low position; the method including: a phase of inserting the blank (3) in the mold (11); a phase of stretch-blow molding; a phase of boxing; a phase of determining the start and end of the boxing phase, respectively, by detecting the movement of the rod (22) from the low position thereof and the stopping of the rod (22) at the raised position thereof.
Abstract:
A method for producing a container (2) from a blank (3) in a mould (1) provided with a wall (4) and a mould bottom (8) that is movable relative to the wall (4) between a retracted position and a deployed position, the method including: a phase of introducing the blank (3) into the mould; a preblowing phase including the injection, into the blank (3), of a fluid pressurised to a so-called preblowing pressure, a blowing phase following the preblowing phase and including the injection, into the blank (3), of a fluid pressurised to a so-called blowing pressure greater than the preblowing pressure; a boxing phase including the displacement of the mould bottom (8) from the retracted position thereof to the deployed position thereof, initiated after the pressure in the blank (3) has reached the blowing pressure.
