Abstract: The disclosure relates to an electronic device and a wireless communication method in a wireless communication system. According to the disclosure, the electronic device comprises one or more processing circuits. The processing circuit is configured to execute the following operation: configure timing mapping information between a downlink subframe carrying uplink scheduling grant signaling and an uplink subframe carrying uplink transmission, comprising physical uplink shared channel PUSCH transmission, scheduled by the uplink scheduling grant signaling, and performed on an unlicensed channel by user equipment in the wireless communication system. By means of the electronic device and the wireless communication method in the disclosure, a timing mapping relationship between a downlink subframe carrying uplink scheduling grant signaling and an uplink subframe carrying uplink transmission comprising PUSCH transmission can be determined, thereby realizing effective utilization of an unlicensed channel.

The spectrum management device and method, the geographic location database, the coexistence discovery device, and the subsystems of the present disclosure achieve highly efficient use of spectrum resources.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a radio resource management system and method, a secondary system and a storage system. A radio resource management system includes circuitry configured to acquire interference information of respective locations managed by it, according to location information and operating parameters of secondary systems managed by it and an adjacent radio resource management system, and determine whether to accept a request from a new secondary system, within its management range, to access spectrum resources, and determine, if the request is accepted, the spectrum resources available for the new secondary system, based on the interference information and the location information of the new secondary system. This system manages first secondary systems within its management range, such that the first secondary systems opportunistically utilize the authorized spectrum resources of a primary system on condition that the interference of the first secondary systems meets a predetermined condition to the primary system.
