Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for interacting with a blockchain and users of the blockchain to perform banking identity authentication services. For example, a method may include receiving a bank transaction from a participant; verifying the bank transaction; generating and communicating a confirmation that the bank transaction is valid to the participant; adding the bank transaction to a block of bank transactions; generating a cryptographic hash for the block of bank transactions; solving a cryptographic puzzle involving the hash of the block of bank transactions; adding the block to the blockchain; and/or transmitting the solution to the cryptographic puzzle, and the block of bank transactions to another participant. Otherwise, if the identity data is not valid, generating and communicating the confirmation that the bank transaction is not valid to the participant.

Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating virtual collaboration between users within virtual environments are disclosed. A plurality of users access a collaborative virtual environment system at various times using interface devices to establish an asynchronous virtual collaboration session in which users collaborate in real-time and/or asynchronously. To enable asynchronous collaboration, data from virtual collaboration session is stored and presented to later users, including user movements and interactions with the environment, user annotation, and audio communications or comments. Other users may then access the data at a later time, and later user interactions, annotations, and audio may likewise be stored for further review by other users.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for interacting with smart contracts stored on a blockchain to control vehicle related activity. The systems and methods may include (1) receiving one or more transactions from one or more computing devices, the transactions associated with a particular vehicle and include a VIN for the vehicle and indicative of at least one of a trigger condition associated with the vehicle; (2) compiling the one or more transactions into a block of transactions; (3) distributing the block to a plurality of validation entities to form a consensus on an update to the distributed ledger; (4) routing the one or more transactions within the block to respective smart contracts associated with the VIN; and/or (5) automatically executing an action the particular smart contract directs should be performed in response to the particular trigger condition.

Abstract: The present embodiments relate to systems and methods for using a blockchain or shared ledger to record information regarding a vehicle identified by a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), or other vehicle identifier. The blockchain may be used to handle vehicles after vehicle collisions based upon sensor data regarding the collision and the vehicle stored on-chain. An indication that a vehicle has been involved in a collision is received including sensor data collected at substantially the time of the vehicle collision. A transaction is broadcast to the blockchain to reflect the sensor data of the vehicle. Since the chain is searchable by VIN, any future searches for the vehicle by VIN include the sensor data collected substantially at the time of the collision.

Abstract: The present methods and systems relate to using and accessing data stored in a blockchain, and in particular, interacting with the blockchain and users via smart contracts to handle account funding and distribution methods. The methods and systems include receiving a transaction from a participant, and verifying the transaction, such as by accessing a smart contract stored on the blockchain and checking a set of parameters against a set of conditions stored in the smart contract. Depending on whether the set of parameters satisfy the conditions, the results may be communicated to participants about the success or failure of the transaction.

Abstract: The following relates generally to AI-based review of insurance claims complaints. In some embodiments, one or more processors: (1) receive, via a chatbot, an insurance claim complaint; (2) categorize, via the chatbot, the insurance claim complaint by determining a category of the insurance claim complaint, the category comprising a tone category or a policy category; (3) build, via the chatbot, a complaint report including information of the insurance claim complaint and an indication of the category; and/or (5) send, via the chatbot, the complaint report to an insurance complaint administrator computing device.

Abstract: The following relates generally to artificial intelligence (AI)-based communication with an insurance customer. In some embodiments, one or more processors: receive, via a chatbot (or voicebot or other bot), a question in a first language; translate, via the chatbot, the question from the first language to a second language; determine, via the chatbot, an answer to the translated question, the answer being determined in the second language; translate, via the chatbot, the answer from the second language to the first language; and/or present, via the chatbot, the answer in the first language to an insurance customer.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems and methods are provided for checking code for errors. The apparatuses, systems and methods may send a target code and a prompt for code checking to a machine learning (ML) chatbot to cause the ML chatbot to check the target code for errors. The apparatuses, systems and methods may determine whether there is an error in the target code based at least partially on a response from the ML chatbot. The apparatuses, systems and methods may, responsive to determining that there is an error in the target code, determine, via an interaction with the ML chatbot, a solution to fix the error. The apparatuses, systems and methods may analyze the solution to determine a number of at least one of (i) a set of steps or (ii) a set of interactions required by the solution. The apparatuses, systems and methods may, responsive to determining that the number exceeds a predetermined threshold, fix the error by implementing the solution with respect to the target code.

Abstract: Receiving a first notice of loss (FNOL) using a machine learning (ML) chatbot (or voice bot) when initiating an FNOL session with a user device to obtain FNOL information. Generating one or more requests for claim information by the ML chatbot based upon the FNOL information to provide to the user device during the FNOL session. Receiving the claim information by the ML chatbot from the user device based upon the one or more requests for the claim information. Analyzing information from the FNOL session to determine one or more session actions and implementing the one or more session actions.

Abstract: Techniques for intelligent coordination between parties for short-term rental or lending of items are disclosed herein. An exemplary computer-implemented method includes aggregating party data from the plurality of parties, and determining, by executing a machine learning (ML) chatbot, one or more items associated with each party of the plurality of parties. The ML chatbot is trained using a plurality of training party data from a plurality of training parties as input to output a plurality of training items associated with the plurality of training parties. The computer-implemented method may further include generating, by executing the ML chatbot, a set of associated parties that includes at least a pair of parties from the plurality of parties for each item of the one or more items; and for each set of parties, initiating contact between parties.
