Abstract: A display device includes: a plurality of scan lines; and a plurality of sub-pixels, each of the sub-pixels comprising a driving transistor, a plurality of transistors connected to the plurality of scan lines, and a light-emitting element electrically connected to the driving transistor. Each of the sub-pixels comprises an active layer comprising a channel region, a first electrode, and a second electrode of each of the plurality of transistors.
