    Abstract: A display device including a display panel configured to display an image and having a folding area by which the display panel is configured to be folded along a folding axis, and a touch member disposed on the display panel and configured to detect an external touch signal. The touch member includes a plurality of first conductive patterns disposed to overlap the folding area, in which each of the first conductive patterns includes a fiber layer including a plurality of nanofibers, and the nanofibers includes a plurality of cavities.

    Abstract: A display apparatus including a substrate, a display portion disposed on an active area defined at the substrate, a buffer layer disposed on the active area and a pad area defined at the substrate, a touch sensing portion disposed on the buffer layer, and a pad portion disposed between the pad area and the buffer layer. The touch sensing portion includes a first pad pattern, a middle layer disposed on the first pad pattern, and a second pad pattern disposed on the middle layer. The first pad pattern is connected to the pad portion through a first contact hole defined on the pad portion in the buffer layer. The second pad pattern is connected to the first pad pattern through a second contact hole defined on the first contact hole in the middle layer.

    Abstract: A display device may include a display panel including a pixel region and an input sensor, wherein the input sensor includes a first conductive layer disposed on the display panel. A first insulation layer is disposed on the first conductive layer and has a first opening in a first region overlapping the pixel region, a second conductive layer is disposed on the first insulation layer. A second insulation layer is disposed on the second conductive layer and has a second opening defined in a second region overlapping the pixel region. A third insulation layer is disposed on the second insulation layer and is filled in the first opening and the second opening.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting display apparatus implemented by using a plurality of organic light-emitting diodes on a substrate and including a first pixel and a second pixel respectively emitting light of different colors, includes: a pixel-defining layer including a first opening and a second opening, the first opening defining an emission area of the first pixel, and the second opening defining an emission area of the second pixel; a total reflective layer over the pixel-defining layer, the total reflective layer including a first upper opening corresponding to the first pixel and a second upper opening corresponding to the second pixel; and a planarization layer covering the total reflective layer and having a refractive index greater than a refractive index of the total reflective layer, wherein an area of the first upper opening is different from an area of the second upper opening.

    Abstract: An electronic device including a base structure, a first pattern having at least one projection disposed on the base structure, a first conductive layer including a first portion disposed on the base structure and a second portion disposed on the first pattern and connected to the first portion, an insulating layer disposed on the first conductive layer covering the first portion and exposing the second portion, and a second conductive layer provided on the insulating layer and overlapping the first conductive layer.
