Abstract: An optical film includes a first pattern layer including a base part and protrusion part groups on the base part and having a first refractive index, and a second pattern layer on the first pattern layer and having a second refractive index greater than the first refractive index. Each of the protrusion part groups includes first and second protrusion parts adjacent to each other. Each of the first and second protrusion parts includes a bottom surface, an upper surface, a first side surface and a second side surface. The first and second protrusion parts are symmetrical with respect to a reference line passing through a center of each of the protrusion part groups and perpendicular to the base part. The first and second protrusion parts are asymmetrical with respect to a center line passing through a center of the upper surface and perpendicular to the bottom surface.

The light source extends in a first direction and is configured to emit light. The mirror reflection guide member is configured to: support the light source, and guide at least some of the light to a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction. The mirror reflection guide member includes a plurality of guide patterns extending in the second direction and arranged in the first direction. The diffusion reflection member is configured to guide at least some of the light to a third direction substantially perpendicular to the first and second directions. The display panel is disposed on the mirror reflection guide member and the diffusion reflection member and is configured to display an image using the light guided by the diffusion reflection member.
