摘要: A display device includes a display panel including an antireflection layer on a light emitting element layer which includes a first pixel defining layer in which an opening defining a light emitting area of a first pixel is defined, and a second pixel defining layer in which an opening defining a light emitting area of a second pixel is defined. The antireflection layer includes first and second light blocking layers respectively overlapping the first and second pixel defining layers, and includes a first gap defined by a length of a predetermined direction from an edge of the opening to an edge of an opening of the first light blocking layer, and a second gap defined by a length from an edge of the opening to an edge of an opening of the second light blocking layer in the predetermined direction. The first gap is less than the second gap.

The organic light emitting layer includes a main area not overlapping the pixel defining layer and a sub area overlapping the pixel defining layer. The main area includes an open portion not overlapping the light shielding member and a shadow portion around the open portion overlapping the light shielding member.

The display device includes a substrate including a circuit layer and a first pad unit; an auxiliary substrate disposed below the substrate and comprising a driving circuit and a second pad unit; a light-emitting unit disposed on the circuit layer; and a connection electrode in contact with a side surface of the substrate and electrically connecting the first pad unit with the second pad unit. The method includes forming a circuit layer and a first pad unit on a first surface of a substrate; forming a driving circuit and a second pad unit on a fourth surface of an auxiliary substrate; and attaching a second surface of the substrate opposite the first surface to a third surface of the auxiliary substrate opposite the fourth surface.

摘要: A thin film transistor array panel device comprises: a base substrate; a barrier layer disposed over the base substrate and comprising a plurality of transparent material layers; and an array of thin film transistors disposed over the barrier layer. A difference between a refractive index of the barrier layer and a refractive index of the base substrate may be within about 6%. The transparent material layers may be arranged such that the transparent material layers having compressive residual stress and the transparent material layers having tensile residual stress are alternately stacked. Each of the transparent material layers may comprise silicon oxynitride (SiON).

The TFT layer includes at least one TFT. A thickness of the substrate portion in the sensor area is smaller than a thickness of the substrate portion in the non-sensor area.
