Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provides an apparatus and a method for transmitting and receiving uplink data, and relates to the field of communication technologies. The method includes: performing uplink data transmission via a contention-based random access (RACH) procedure. The embodiments of the present application implement that, when transmitting uplink data in an RRC idle mode, the user equipment does not need to establish an RRC connection, and may directly transmit the uplink data via the RACH procedure, so that the power consumption of the UE may be reduced, and the waste of system resources may be reduced.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). The embodiment of the application provides a method for determining the activation state of a secondary cell and a UE. The method is applied to the technical field of wireless communication and comprises the following steps: acquiring secondary cell activation state indicator information, and then determining respective corresponding states of at least one secondary cell configured or reconfigured by a UE based on the secondary cell activation state indicator information, wherein the states include: an activation state and an inactivation state. The embodiment of the application realizes the reduction of the time delay for the user equipment to receive or send data and the reduction of the time required for deactivating a secondary cell, thereby reducing the power consumption of the UE.

Abstract: The present application provides a resource control method including: determining whether a first Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) resource overlaps with a time domain range or a frequency domain range occupied by UPI (URLLC (Ultra Reliability Low Latency Communication) Preemption Indication) information indication range, based on the scheduled first PUSCH resource and the UPI information indication range, wherein, the first PUSCH resource is used to transmit Enhanced Mobile Broadband (eMBB) data, the UPI information indication range indicates the time domain range or the frequency domain range to be occupied by a second PUSCH, wherein the second PUSCH resource is used to transmit URLLC data; monitoring a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) resource containing UPI information, if the first PUSCH resource overlaps with the time domain range or the frequency domain range occupied by the UPI information indication range; and determining whether the first PUSCH resource and the second PUSCH resource indicated by the UPI information overlap, if overlapping, not transmitting the eMBB data in a resource overlapping with the second PUSCH resource.

The method includes: receiving resource allocation information for grant-free transmission from a base station; when there is data to be transmitted in a grant-free transmission mode, transmitting uplink data using the grant-free transmission resources according to the resource allocation information; if the transmission of the uplink data cannot be completed within a predefined number of uplink data transmissions, transmitting a dedicated resource request indicator to the base station; receiving dedicated resource allocation information from the base station; and transmitting subsequent uplink data on dedicated resources corresponding to the dedicated resource allocation information. The present disclosure further provides a grant-free data transmission method applied to the base station, a UE and a base station. The technical solution of the present disclosure can improve the data transmission reliability as well as system spectrum utilization ratio.
