Abstract: A bio-sensor configured with a lower substrate including a plurality of electrode portions, an insulating layer, a spacer layer, and an upper substrate provided on the spacer layer is provided. The bio-sensor includes a first sample injection portion provided between the upper substrate and the lower substrate along a longitudinal direction in which a sample is introduced and a second sample injection portion that is connected with the first sample injection portion in a direction substantially longitudinal direction, and formed larger than a sample inlet of the first sample injection portion.
