A non-destructive inspection apparatus includes a light source generating light, an optical coupler which divides the light, irradiates the divided light to a reference part and a sample part, generates coherent light, and transmits the coherent light to a detecting part, the reference part which phase-scans the irradiated light and reflects the light, the sample part which irradiates the light incident from the optical coupler to a display panel, and scans and reflects the light reflected from the display panel, the detecting part which obtains an image signal of the display panel from the coherent light, a transferring part which moves a position of the sample part, and the control part which generates an image of the display panel based on the image signal of the display panel transmitted from the detecting part and detects a foreign substance, and controls movement of the transferring part.

A washing machine includes a cabinet defining an external appearance thereof and having an insertion port, a tub arranged inside the cabinet and capable of accommodating wash water, a drum arranged inside the tub and capable of accommodating laundry, and a door to open and close the insertion port, and the door includes a door cover including a first section through which light penetrates, and a second section formed integrally with the first section such that at least a portion of the second section is projected through the first section. Therefore, manufacturing costs of the door may be reduced without the need for post-processing, and it may be possible to provide the eco-friendly washing machine having pleasing design aesthetics.

A washing machine includes: a cabinet having a first opening and a washing space formed therein; and a door assembly provided to open and close the first opening, wherein the door assembly includes: a door body having a second opening and corresponding to the first opening and provided to rotate relative to the cabinet; door glass having a glass hole communicating with the inside of the cabinet and coupled with the rear surface of the door body; a guide duct that connects the second opening and the glass hole; and a sealing member. The sealing member can prevent washing water or internal air from escaping from the door assembly.

The semiconductor device includes a first power line configured to provide a first power supply voltage and a first power transistor connected between the first power line and a first logic transistor. The first power transistor includes a first source or drain connected to the first power line, a gate receiving a power gating control signal, and a second source or drain connected to a first source or drain of the first logic transistor using a shared semiconductor junction.
