The method includes determining whether there is a packet that is at least one of transmitted and received for each of time intervals, determining a traffic status of at least one of transmission and reception based on a result of the determining of whether there is the packet that is the at least one of transmitted and received for each of the time intervals, and determining the internet connection status based on the determined traffic status of the at least on transmission and reception.

An apparatus and a method for controlling traffic of a second electronic device, which interworks with a first electronic device, in the first electronic device is provided. The method includes detecting occurrence of an event which needs to be notified to the second electronic device, determining a time to notify the occurrence of the event based on a driving time of the second electronic device, and transmitting an event occurrence notification signal to the second electronic device at the determined notification time.

An electronic device and method for measuring user body information are provided. The method for measuring user body information includes detecting a contact of a user's body portion on at least two spots of a touch screen of the electronic device, upon detecting the contact of the user's body portion on the at least two spots of the touch screen, applying power to a first coil in the electronic device, and measuring the user body information using at least one of a voltage and a second current measured after a first current is induced across the user's body by a first magnetic field generated from the first coil as the power is applied.

Disclosed are a display device and method for image processing. An image processing method of a display device according to the present invention includes: a step of receiving an input of a plurality of image frames configuring content; a step of analyzing the plurality of image frames to determine a motion of a camera capturing an image of the content; a step of determining a sense of motion sickness on the basis of the camera motion captured; and a step of performing image processing on the plurality of image frames on the basis of the camera motion, when the determined sense of motion sickness is equal to or greater than a predefined value. Accordingly, the display device can reduce the sense of motion sickness for image content having a high possibility of inducing a sense of motion sickness.

An apparatus and a method for searching neighboring cells in a wireless communication system are provided. The method includes receiving, from adjacent base stations, a part of a first set of reference signals that are beamformed using different transmission beams arranged in a first order, the part of the first set of the reference signals being received during a first measurement interval in a first time interval, and receiving, from the adjacent base stations, a part of a second set of the reference signals that are beamformed using different transmission beams arranged in a second order, which is different from the first order, the part of the second set of the reference signals being received during a second measurement interval in a second time interval.

The method includes recognizing an interaction pattern of a touch signal if the touch signal of a user interaction for multitasking via a touch screen of the electronic device is received; determining a level of a resource based on the recognized interaction pattern; and allocating at least one resource of the electronic device in accordance with the level. The apparatus includes a pattern recognition unit configured to, if a touch signal corresponding to user interaction for multitasking is sensed via a touch screen, recognize an interaction pattern based on the touch signal; a resource determination unit configured to determine a level of a resource based on the interaction pattern; and a resource allocation unit configured to allocate at least one resource of the electronic device based on the level of the resource determined in the resource determination unit.
