A head mounted display apparatus and a method for displaying a content are provided. More particularly, a head mounted display apparatus which changes an operation of a virtual character in a content displayed on a display in accordance with a plurality of touches and a method for displaying a content are provided. One of the exemplary embodiments include a head mounted display apparatus which changes an operation of a virtual character in a content displayed on a display corresponding to combination of a first touch detected from a touch pad of the head mounted display apparatus and a second touch detected from a peripheral portable apparatus and a method for displaying a content.

A flexible display apparatus is provided. The flexible display apparatus includes: a display configured to display an object on a screen; an actuator configured to provide shape deformation to the display; and a controller configured to determine deformation information for reconfiguring and displaying the object, control the actuator to provide the shape deformation according to the determined deformation information, and control the display to reconfigure the displayed object and display the reconfigured object.

A deformable display device is provided. The deformable display device includes a deformable display, a sensor which senses a deformation located in a first area of the deformable display and a second area of the deformable display and a controller which receives deformation information corresponding to the deformation, determines whether to identify one of only the first area and only the second area as a deformation area of the deformation based on the deformation information, and identifies i) only the first area as the deformation area if it is determined to identify only the first area and ii) only the second area as the deformation area if it is determined to identify only the second area.

A multi display device and a method of photographing thereof. The multi display device includes a first body having a first display unit, a second body having a second display unit, a hinge unit disposed to connect the first and second bodies to each other, a first imaging unit provided in the first body, a second imaging unit provided in the second body, and a controller which, if photographing is performed by the first or second imaging unit when the first or second body pivots based on the hinge unit, combines a plurality of photographed images to generate a panorama image content.
