    摘要： A semiconductor memory device having a mount test circuit and a mount test method thereof are provided. The test circuit for use in a semiconductor memory device including a plurality of memory blocks may include a comparison unit for comparing test data of at least two memory blocks selected from the plurality of memory blocks, deciding whether or not the test data of the selected memory blocks are identical, and outputting a pass signal or fail signal as a flag signal; and an output selection unit for selecting any one of the selected memory blocks as an output memory block, and changing the output memory block whenever the fail signal is generated from the comparison unit, thus forming it as a data output path, which may lessen error occurrence.

The cell gaps for the red, green and blue pixel areas are formed in a separate manner for correcting the color shift to enhance image quality. Openings for controlling the cell gaps are provided in the protective layer and the gate insulating layer and have a zigzag-shaped boundary. In this way, the light leakage near the boundary of the openings can be prevented.

    摘要： An inkjet composition for a transparent film includes a) a binder polymer, b) a polymerizable monomer, c) a polymerization initiator, and d) a solvent having a boiling point of 150° C. or more. Using the inkjet composition according to the embodiments of the present invention, the transparent film may be directly manufactured at a desired position by using the inkjet process, while using a small amount of ink, thereby increasing the efficiency of the manufacturing process. Also, due to the excellent jetting properties thereof, it is advantageous to forming the transparent film. Furthermore, the excellent transmittance and heat resistance may be obtained.

The liquid crystal display includes a liquid crystal panel and a polarizer attached to the liquid crystal panel. The polarizer includes a polarizing film, a first support film, and a second support film. The first support film has optical anisotropy and is attached to the polarizing film. The first support film has a first thickness. The second support film is attached to the polarizing film while facing the first support film and has a second thickness, which is greater than the first thickness. The polarizer is fabricated by evaporating a solvent from a solution including polymer resin to form an optical film and then elongating the optical film.
