摘要: The present invention relates to a sealing device (1, 101, 201) for sealing a packaging material (7, 107) enclosing a filling material (29) to provide portion-packed oral pouched snuff products (43). The sealing device comprises an anvil (3, 103, 203) with a first operation surface (11, 111, 211) and a sonotrode (5, 105, 205) with a second operation surface (13, 113), the anvil and the sonotrode being arranged to allow passage of the packaging material therebetween, the second operation surface being located opposite the first operation surface during operation of the sealing device. The first and second operation surfaces are arranged to weld a first portion (7a, 107a) of the packaging material to a second portion (7b, 107b) of the packaging material. At least one of the first or second operation surfaces comprises a first welding surface (11a, 111a) defining a first extension plane and a second welding surface (11b, 111b) defining a second extension plane, which has a different orientation than the first extension plane. The first and second welding surfaces are partly delimited by a cutting edge (15, 115, 215) having an extension direction along the first and second welding surfaces, such that the cutting edge separates the first welding surface from the second welding surface. The present invention further relates to an arrangement (19) for manufacturing of portion-packed oral pouched snuff products, which arrangement comprises such a sealing device. The present invention also relates to a method for portion-packing of an oral pouched snuff product.

摘要: It discloses a lignin enhanced wood-plastic composite, belonging to the field of polymer based composites. The wood-plastic composite is composed of one or more of plant fiber, lignin, a recycled thermoplastic plastic, mineral powder and a processing aid, and is processed by a screw granulating extrusion process. Compared with the prior art, the mechanical properties, heat stability and aging resistance of a wood-plastic material are improved by adding lignin into the wood-plastic material according to the present invention.

摘要: A sheet manufacturing apparatus includes an impeller mill defibrating, in a dry process, a raw material containing a fiber, a mixer mixing a defibrated material and a resin, using an air stream to produce a mixture of the defibrated material and the resin, a sieve having an opening through which the mixture passes, a belt, a heater, and a nozzle. The mixture is accumulated on an upper side of the belt to form a web. The heater heats the web to form a sheet so that the fiber is bonded by the resin. The nozzle is arranged between the belt and the heater and applies a liquid to a partial portion of the web so that bonding between the fiber and the resin in a first portion of the sheet is weaker than bonding between the fiber and the resin in a second portion of the sheet.

The core has a first extension in a longitudinal direction and a second extension in a transverse direction, and a longitudinal central line extending through the core, located between a first longitudinal portion and a second longitudinal portion. The first and second longitudinal portions are symmetric about the longitudinal central line. The core has a head portion, an intermediate portion and a rear portion extending in a longitudinal direction of the core. The head portion includes mirror imaged first circular segment portions and first edge lines to which the circular segment portions transition. The intermediate portion includes mirror imaged first convex edge portions. The rear portion includes second edge lines tapering towards a rear end and the central line of the core in an angle.

摘要: A spunbond method for producing non-woven fabric with deodorant feature from bamboo cellulose comprises following process steps. Prepare bamboo pulp mixture by blending bamboo pulp and coffee residue in proper mixing ratio. Put N-methylmorpholine N-oxide (NMMO) as solvent and 1, 3-phenylene-bis 2-oxazoline (BOX) as stabilizer into prepared bamboo pulp mixture to form dope. Via spunbond method, orderly perform extruding, spinning, quenching and pre-drawing process to convert the dope into bamboo filaments of fibrous strand. Orderly process coagulation, regeneration and post-draw to the bamboo filaments of fibrous strand to transform them into uniform fine bamboo cellulose filaments. Bond and lay these bamboo filaments of fibrous strand on a belt collector to form a webbed nonwoven. After post treatments of water rinsing, hydro-entangled needle punching and drying have been orderly applied, then a resultant nonwoven fabric in continuous filament of bamboo cellulose with deodorant feature is produced from the webbed nonwoven.

摘要: A vehicle trim element is formed by a method that includes the steps of: applying a film on the front face of a layer of ligneous material, with the applied film having at least one engraved pattern; placing the layer of ligneous material together with the applied film in a forming tool, with the front face of the layer being turned towards a wall of the forming tool; pressing the layer of ligneous material together with the applied film against the wall such that the layer adopts the shape of the trim element to be produced and such that, during the pressing of the layer and applied film, the engraved pattern is transferred to the front face of the layer; and removing the film after the pressing of the layer of ligneous material in order to obtain the trim element having a front face with the engraved pattern.
