    摘要: A television signal processing circuit which separates a television signal into a luminance signal and a chrominance signal or interpolates the scanning lines of the television signal by using a video memory such as a frame memory or a field memory. The circuit determines whether the television signal to be treated is a standard television signal or a non-standard television signal. Depending upon this determination, the signal processing circuit changes its operation mode so that it operates properly even in case the television signal is different from the standard television signal and contains jitter in the time axis like the signal from a VTR. When the television signal is a non-standard television signal, the processing circuit without the video memory operates.

    摘要: When an IC card module is used for a small portable information apparatus such as a portable telephone terminal, the module has a size much smaller than an ordinary IC card from the viewpoint that the apparatus is required to be small in size and weight. In the case of a small non-contact type card, there are problems that an antenna coil cannot secure its necessary surface area, a necessary power cannot be obtained for a signal to be transmitted or received, a communication distance from an external device becomes small. When the signal is transmitted and received via a booster coil provided between the external device and the antenna coil of the IC card module, the effective surface area of the antenna coil can be increased and the communication distance can be increased to a level as large as it can practically avoid involvement of any problem.

    摘要: A television signal recording/reproducing apparatus of the color-under recording type wherein an input composite video signal is separated into a luminance signal and a color signal. For the separated luminance signal, calculation of the interframe signals is executed so that the color signal component remaining in the separated luminance signal is removed by a frame comb filter. And the input signal and the output signal of the frame comb filter are mixed with each other. For the separated color signal, calculation of the interframe signals is executed so that the luminance signal component remaining in the separated color signal is removed by a frame comb filter. And the input signal and the output signal of the frame comb filter are mixed with each other. Each of the signal mixing ratios is controlled in accordance with the interframe level difference in the luminance signal. And the mixed signals are recorded on a recording medium after predetermined recording processes. Mutual interference between the luminance signal and the color signal is eliminated to consequently prevent deterioration of the signal-to-noise ratio while achieving a high image quality.

    摘要: A motion detector for a chrominance signal which is used with a TV receiver equipped with a video signal motion detector. This motion detector for a chrominance signal has a delay element for delaying the chrominance signal of a video signal by 1 frame period, a subtractor for subtracting the output signal of the delay element from the input signal thereof, an absolute value conversion circuit to which the output signal from the subtractor is inputted, and a smoother circuit to which the output signal from the absolute value conversion circuit is supplied. If the chrominance signals of video signals on two consecutive frames are the same, the output signal of the subtractor becomes zero. If the chrominance signals of video signals on two consecutive frames are different, the output signal of the substractor takes a positive or negative value. The negative value signal is converted into a positive value signal by the absolute value conversion circuit. A signal is outputted from the smoother circuit only when the chrominance signals of video signals on two consecutive frames are different. This outputted signal is a chrominance signal motion detection signal. The luminance signal contained in a video signal is removed from the video signal using a comb-type filter.

A suppression circuit suppresses the change of the oscillation frequency of the voltage controlled oscillator in response to the output signal from the detection means and a control circuit changes the center oscillation frequency of the voltage controlled oscillator depending on whether the signal is processed in the NTSC system or the PAL system in such a way that the suppression range for the change of the oscillation frequency of the voltage controlled oscillator by the suppression for the NTSC system is equal to or wider than that for the PAL system. The control circuit includes a pulse-eliminating frequency divider or a variable frequency division factor.
