A color cathode-ray tube is provided with constitution between a shadow mask electrode and a frame body such that difference of expansion and contraction between the shadow mask electrode and the frame body according to heat brings no-picture quality deterioration with practical cost. The shadow mask electrode made of metal whose thermal expansion rate is low. The shadow mask electrode is supported by a shadow mask electrode supporting body made of metal whose thermal expansion rate is approximately the same as that of the shadow mask electrode. The shadow mask electrode supporting body is supported by a frame body made of metal whose thermal expansion rate is different from that of the shadow mask electrode.

The heat shrinkable film includes at least one of an ethylene-propylene random copolymer and an ethylene-propylene-butene random copolymer and a propylene-butene copolymer of low crystallinity, which is biaxially stretched simultaneously by a ratio of 2.0-3.5 times for each of the machine direction and the transverse direction by a wet heating method. The film preferably has a tensile elongation at breaking of more than 200%, and a heat shrinking ratio of more than 8% for each of the machine direction and the transverse direction when it is immersed in glycerine at 80.degree. C. for 30 sec. Since the film is excellent in tensile elongation and has satisfactory heat shrinkability at low temperature, it is suitable as a film for use in an automatic L-bar sealer in which a tensile elongation at breaking is an important factor.

In a reversible memory system, a pulsed laser beam generated from a laser unit is directed to a recording layer formed on a substrate 1. The recording layer essentially consists of a recording medium, for example, an iron-nickel alloy containing iron as a major component and 27 to 30 atomic % of nickel, which undergoes martensite transformation from a low-temperature phase to a high-temperature phase at a predetermined temperature Af and which undergoes a stress-induced transformation at a characteristic temperature Md. When a region of the recording layer is irradiated with the laser beam having a predetermined intensity, the region undergoes a stress-induced transformation so that the region is changed from the high temperature phase to the low temperature phase.

A solid electrolytic capacitor 101 or a surface-mount transmission line element 102 has a polypyrrole conductive polymer layer 3 as a first solid electrolyte and a poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene) conductive polymer layer 4 as a second solid electrolyte.

A solid electrolytic capacitor having at least two capacitor elements using a valve action metal, such as tantalum or niobium, and laminated in a direction perpendicular to a mounting surface of a substrate. The capacitor elements have a width parallel to the mounting surface of the substrate greater than a thickness perpendicular to the mounting surface of the substrate, and an anode terminal is connected with anode leads led out to at least one side of an anode body made of the valve action metal generally in parallel to the mounting surface of the substrate. A cathode layer on a dielectric oxide film of the anode body is connected to a cathode terminal and is coated with exterior coating resin with a part of the anode terminal and a part of the cathode terminal exposed.

A solid electrolytic capacitor is disclosed which combines low LC with Low ESR and which has good characteristics even in a high frequency range, and a method for preparing the same is also disclosed. In the solid electrolytic capacitor whose electrolytic layer contains electrically conductive particles, non-conductive particles are present in at least a part of an interface between a dielectric layer and the electrolyte layer. By employing the structure, local intensifications of field strength in the dielectric layer are prevented to enable a problem of increase in LC to be overcome while keeping ESR low. By the method which comprised a step of applying a colloidal dispersion containing the non-conductive particles in the form of colloidal particles to the post-electrolytic layer formation step product, the solid electrolytic capacitor having the above-mentioned structure can be prepared efficiently.
