    摘要: An enzyme sensor is disclosed, which has a two-layer fixed film structure consisting of a reduction function layer including an electron movement medium and di-valent iron ions and an enzyme-fixed layer covering said reduction function layer, and in which hydrogen peroxide generated through decomposition of glucose or the like in the enzyme-fixed layer is reduced by electron movement medium and di-valent iron ions in the reduction function layer.Thus, the construction of enzyme sensor is simplified, measurement is extremely facilitated, and the measurement time is reduced.As a different principle of enzyme sensor, an electrically conductive substrate of conductive carbon or the like is covered with an oxygen-reducing catalytic function layer and enzyme layer.Thus, there is no problem of contamination of enzyme sensor, and it is possible to readily manufacture and miniaturize enzyme sensors.

    摘要: It is a first object of the present invention to provide a lithium secondary battery using a conductive polymer such as polyaniline, which exhibits a stable electrical conductivity over a long time. To achieve the first object, there is provided a positive electrode material for a lithium secondary battery, comprising an electrically conductive polymer having an amino group, a hydrogen bonding compound, and a protonic acid. Further, it is a second object of the present invention to provide a lithium secondary battery exhibiting a high charge-discharge capacity while using a conductive polymer such as polyaniline. To achieve the second object, there is provided a positive electrode material for a lithium secondary battery, comprising an electrically conductive polymer, and LiNiO2 and/or liFePO4.

    摘要: An ion-sensitive FET sensor has a MOSFET gate isolating membrane whose surface is covered by an ion-sensitive layer. A redox layer having a redox function is provided between the isolating membrane and the ion-sensitive layer to improve operating stability and speed of response. An electrically conductive layer or a combination of a thin metal film and an electrically conductive layer is provided between the isolating membrane and the redox layer to further improve operating stability, the adhesion of the layers and the durability of the sensor. Also disclosed are optimum materials for use as an ion carrier employed in the ion-sensitive layer.
